Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the lock was ultimately resolved. As the first guest to experience an issue with the lock, we apologize for the inconvenience and will be updating our check-in instructions to prevent future confusion. Our office is 5-10 minutes away, and we responded immediately to assist you. The owner had already addressed the lock issue before we arrived, and we demonstrated how to operate it for you. We understand your concern about having small children, so we provided a key despite the usual preference to avoid additional keys. Regarding the air conditioning, we did send a technician who confirmed that the unit is functioning correctly. Due to the current outside temperature and humidity, the AC is unable to be set to a lower temperature without risking system freeze-up, which would hinder its operation. We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused and hope you consider staying with us again in the future.
