Villa confortable avec accĂšs bateau + golf, vues centrales et superbes sur l'eau

Notre maison de rĂȘve construite en 2002 avec 3 chambres (toutes avec lits king size), 2 salles de bain et 3 garages a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e, entiĂšrement meublĂ©e et offre sur un terrain de 1500 mÂČ et 180 mÂČ habitables, tout ce que votre coeur dĂ©sire. Notre bateau peut ĂȘtre rĂ©servĂ© en option! De plus, la grande terrasse avec la grande piscine, les meubles de jardin, les chaises longues et le gril Ă  gaz Weber sont disponibles! La terrasse a une ouest-face avec beaucoup de soleil et de fabuleux couchers de soleil! La cuisine de la villa est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec vaisselle, casseroles, cafetiĂšre, grille-pain, mixeur, etc. Outre cuisiniĂšre, micro-ondes, grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur incl. La machine Ă  glaçons, le distributeur d'eau et le congĂ©lateur disposent Ă©galement d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un lave-linge et d'un sĂšche-linge. Du matĂ©riel de repassage sont Ă©galement lĂ . Les salles de bains ont un sĂšche-cheveux dans chaque cas. En outre, il ya beaucoup de serviettes mĂȘme pour la piscine et la plage et une glaciĂšre sur la route. Il y a des Smart TV de 40 pouces dans 2 chambres et une Smart TV de 55 pouces avec Apple TV et un systĂšme de son surround Bluetooth Bose dans le salon! Sans frais supplĂ©mentaires pendant votre sĂ©jour, notre haut dĂ©bit Wi-Fi ainsi. Le bateau est situĂ© sur le pont du bateau juste derriĂšre la maison et permet un accĂšs direct au golfe du Mexique en environ 30 minutes.

Beautiful home with amazing view and gorgeous sunsets. The hosts were great to work with and the rental process was super easy. Had the best night's sleep on the comfy king beds, three in the home, very rare for a vacation rental. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The whole back side of the house opens up to the lanai, heated pool and gorgeous palm tree lined canal view. We will definitely be back!

Winter get away

The property was as described. Great location, easy communication with Marion (owner) and very responsive on questions/issues. Checkin was very easy and the property manager Mike was pleasant. We had a great time, great neighbors and a very nice neighborhood.

Nice house and an enjoyable stay.

A nice house in a good neighborhood with a lovely view of the canel. House was decorated nice and there was plenty of seating for eating and lounging. Kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. House could use some minor updates. Tv's were the biggest problem - either they won't work or you had to sign in using your own streaming apps. There was no garage door opener. Pool cover was very hard to use. Linens were fair but could use and update. Other than the minor items mentioned our 2 week stay was very pleasant and would recommend staying at this house. Owner was very accommodating to any of our request.

Great Time in a Beautiful Home

Marion and Achim's home was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of extra towels, blankets and even chairs and coolers for the beach. The pool area is very nice and overlooks a canal. Property manager was easy to deal with and check-in/check-out process was simple. The neighborhood was very nice also, and very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful getaway!!

My family & I had an amazing stay at this property! From the rabbits in the yard, burrowing owls across the street & catching all kinds of fish off the dock it was just a great experience with plenty of memories made! Will definitely be back to stay again! House has everything you need & there’s a Walmart 2 mins away which was very convenient.

Beautiful, Private, Spacious, Quiet and Comfortable

My husband, mother-in-law and I came down to Cape Coral for the first time to meet our newborn twin grandbabies and could not have picked a better place to stay! This was our first time renting a place through VRBO and it won’t be the last (for using VRBO or for staying at Villa Mama if Marion will have us again)! The house was absolutely beautiful, most everything in and around the house was spotless* upon arrival and in working order** and the Owner/Manager even left us some key incidentals until we were able to get to the store (dish and laundry detergent, toilet tissue, roll of paper towels, liquid soap at every sink, plenty of beach and bathroom towels and several hard seltzers in the fridge). Marion could not have more responsive or accommodating at every step - thank you, Marion! She was immediately responsive to my initial inquiry (within 8 hrs of my 11:30pm email) approving our request and including pictures of their boat and an offer to let us rent it for the week (which we declined this time only because we weren’t going to be able to take advantage of it and use it while spending time with our 6 week old little ones). When I texted her from the airport after landing at 1pm to request an early check-in, she immediately called me to let me know it was all ready and we could head over ASAP. We only had two issues in the house during our stay: * The pool was one of the main selling points of Villa Mama for us but the floor surfaces weren’t as super clean as the rest of the property but Marion rectified this. As soon as I texted Marion about this on the morning of the 2nd day, she immediately called me back, apologized and contacted the pool cleaning company to swing by as soon as possible to clean it - they were there by the time we got back from Publix and we were able to use it 2 hrs later. (The pool was beautiful, the water was crystal clear, and the waterfall was perfect, but there was some dirt on the bottom - after cleaning it we enjoyed it for the rest of our stay. **The TV in the 2nd bedroom (where my mother-in-law - who always sleeps w the tv on every night was staying) was not working - it had no cable tv connection at all and there was no TV in the 3rd bedroom at all (but we didn’t have anyone staying in that room - if we did, we’d want it to have a tv). Marion called immediately, had the manager bring us a cable cord but it still didn’t work. We still give 5 stars bc it is that great but would love 3 TVs :)!

Sommer, Sonne & Sonnenschein

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern (8, 13 Jahren) den Sommerurlaub in Florida verbracht und die Villa Mama, als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr ein umfangreiches Ausflugsprogramm genutz. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr großzĂŒgig von der FlĂ€che und besticht mit seiner großzĂŒgigen Ausstattung. Die Villa ist hell, freundlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In den hellen RĂ€umen spiegelt sich die Sonne Floridas wieder. Es sind alle Annehmlichkeiten, um den Urlaub noch perfekter zu machen vorhanden, zur Ausstattung gehört eine voll eingerichtete KĂŒche mit GerĂ€ten, Waschmaschine, Trockner uvm. Die Schlafzimmer sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und fĂŒr Allergiker geeignet. Den Pool haben wir jeden Tag benutzt. Das Abendessen konnte man auf der Terrasse zum Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Traumhaus und Traumurlaub

Zuerst einmal vielen Dank an die Familie W. und die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausverwaltung. Alles lief super und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt! Wir haben zuvor per Mietwagen 2 Wochen die SĂŒdstaaten bereist und ordentlich Meilen geschrubbt... Da kam die Woche in der Villa Mama im Anschluß wie gerufen. Ein wirklich tolles Haus, bei dem es an nichts fehlte! Die Einrichtung, die Innenarchitektur usw. -> uns hat es sehr gefallen! Der Pool wurde tĂ€glich genutzt, er brachte genau die richtige AbkĂŒhlung. Ansonsten können wir nur wiederholen, was die vorherigen Bewertungen bereits an Informationen lieferten. Perfekter Urlaub

Wir verbringen unseren Urlaub seit vielen Jahren regelmĂ€ĂŸig in Cape Coral und können daher sagen, dass die Villa Mama perfekt fĂŒr einen gelungenen Traumurlaub in Florida ist. Ruhige Lage an der Ecke eines Kanals mit Blick in die Ferne, vom Pool aus haben wir traumhafte SonnenuntergĂ€nge beobachtet. Großer und sauberer Pool, der nicht nur von den Kindern intensiv genutzt wurde. Geschmackvolle Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Möbeln und ElektrogerĂ€ten. Die KĂŒche bietet alles, was man benötigt, ein Supermarkt liegt "um die Ecke", kostenlose TennisplĂ€tze nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt, die Cape Coral Bridge (in Richtung StrĂ€nde) ist auch in kurzer Zeit erreicht. Der Kontakt zur Familie Wessel und auch zum Verwalter vor Ort war sehr angenehm. Wir können die Villa Mama uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen!

Traumurlaub

Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus einen Traumurlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und bestem technischen Equipment ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Die gesamte Gegend ist ruhig und ein Supermarkt direkt an der Ecke. Wir hatten sogar das GlĂŒck, dass ein Aligator direkt an unserem Steg vorbei schwamm. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Urlaub in einem kleinen Paradies

Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal in Florida, aber zum ersten Mal in der schönen Villa Mama. Unser Urlaub war einfach nur schön und dieses Haus kann man nur empfehlen!! Wir sind sehr kritisch was dies angeht, aber hier wurden wir nicht enttĂ€uscht! Familie Wessel ist fĂŒr einen da, vom Anfang bis zum Ende und hat eine wunderschöne AtmosphĂ€re im Haus und um das Haus geschaffen. A perfect retreat from our northern cold!

Villa Mama was in a word "awesome". The villa was beautiful, comfortable and unique. We enjoyed the location, quiet neighbor and great canal view. The pool and patio area was inviting and thoughtfully furnished (large table, heater and plenty of chaise lounges.). We definitely appreciated the cooperation of Michael and the owners. We will return.

Wonderful Vacation!

Traumurlaub!

Wir waren die ersten GĂ€ste der Villa Mama & sind mehr als begeistert!!! Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man fĂŒhlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an einfach nur wohl. In jedem Raum steckt sehr viel Liebe und viele kleine Details machen es sehr persönlich und angenehm. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man fĂŒhlt sich von keiner Seite beobachtet und durch den Fluss der direkt an der Villa liegt hat das Ganze einen ganz besonderen Charm! Wir konnten im Urlaub richtig abschalten und Wort wörtlich die Seele baumeln lassen. Man wusste gar nicht, worauf man sich mehr freut. Auf die erholsame Nacht in dem mehr als gemĂŒtlichen Bett oder auf den Tag um am Pool oder Bootsteg zu entspannen. Außerdem ist die Lage auch sehr zentral. Wir haben uns Florida (Orlando, Tampa, Daytona, Miami Beach sowie die Insel Sanibel) angesehen und waren sehr mittig von den ganzen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten. Wir haben auch die KĂŒche sowie den Grill benutzt und mĂŒssen sagen, dass es an nichts mangelt! Der Grill hat uns sogar so sehr ĂŒberzeugt, dass wir uns als nĂ€chstest auch einen Webergrill holen werden. Die KĂŒche ist mit allen wichtigen GerĂ€ten sowie Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Raumaufteilung ist auch sehr angenehm. Jeder hat seine PrivatsphĂ€re und kann dadurch zur Ruhe kommen. Und zu guter letzt, möchten wir auch noch ein sehr großes Lob an die Familie Wessel aussprechen, die uns diesen Urlaub ermöglicht haben. Wir können nur gutes ĂŒber die Familie berichten. Sie haben unseren Urlaub zu dem Traumurlaub gemacht, den wir uns immer gewĂŒnscht haben! Wir können diese Villa nur weiter empfehlen und finden es ganz schwer, alles in Worte zu fassen, denn man muss es einfach einmal erlebt haben!!! Wir freuen uns auf den nĂ€chsten Urlaub in der Villa Mama und hoffen, dass Sie sich von den Fotos und der Beschreibung schon entschieden haben, denn wir können nur sagen: "In der RealitĂ€t sieht das ganze noch viel besser aus!". We furnished our house very lovely and valuable just as our permanent house.
All 3 bedrooms contain Kingsize-beds!

Not only the view from the living room and the terrace is beautiful. Even in the master and the second bedroom you can enjoy the wonderful view along the canal.

In general the house is spacious!

You have a lot of privacy, because of the high level of the house and no neighbor in the back.

The location is amazing!
