Heated pool no added charge for electricity. Complete remodel completed in March 2023. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath, heated pool with free standing hot tub home is suited for a great family vacation. Enjoy, sunbathing on the lanai, while taking a dip in the heated pool. Relax & unwind in the Jacuzzi/hot tub. Have your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine down at the dock, and embrace the nature of sea life in the canal. 5 min. drive will take you to the local beach, Cape Coral Yacht Club on the Caloosahatchee River, Fort Myers beach is a 15 minute drive or boat ride away. A five minute drive will get you to Downtown Cape Coral with many restaurants to choose from. Boat lift is available for your boat or a rented one with fresh water at the dock. Bikes are available for a ride to the beach or local restaurants. Cameras are located on the outside of the property by the front driveway only. For lawn maintenance purposes

We had a great time, me and my wife needed a little rest with no kids around and this house was wonderful!!! The view, the comfort, the hot tub, the pool, everything was great!The house is very clean, quiet and full of equipped with everything we needed! The is very attentive and all the time that we needed her response she answered all of our questions quickly! I really recommend that house with 4 rooms will be awesome for any family our friends for a great time together!

Great Family Vacation House

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The space was cozy, clean, and very comfortable—just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It had all the accommodations we could ask for, and everything was thoughtfully arranged. The host was responsive and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Amazing Propery!! Just like home!

This property has everything you need and things you didn’t know you need !! Exceptionally clean, the pool was warm all the time, the kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are comfortable, ceiling fans and tv’s everywhere. Internet works perfect all tv’s have access to cable and streaming. The pool area is perfect sun and shade. A lot patio seating. I can’t say enough about the host, super responsive and very accommodating.We will be back here for sure ! If you want a place that feels like home this is the place.

Amazing house!

This house is everything we were looking for and more. First, the host, Kathy, is very quick to respond to any questions or inquires. She’s also very accommodating and allowed us to check in early when we got into town earlier than expected. The home is in a great neighborhood that is close to many restaurants, stores, and was within walking distance of a wonderful park. The neighborhood was also perfect for a family bike ride/walk. I cannot say enough good things about the home itself. The home was impressively clean. It’s so homey and inviting as soon as you walk in the home. The large couch is so comfortable. We are a family of 6 and we had more than enough room on the couch. We also had plenty of room in the house and no one was on top of each other. So many beds and they’re all very comfortable! There’s also a pack n play and toddler bed available. Also a lot of baby/kids items such as a highchair, potty seat, stool, kids utensils and plates/bowls, and even a baby walker. I don’t think there was one thing not thought about and made available. The kitchen is extremely equipped. There’s a ton of storage space and every item you could need is there. Same throughout the home. Even laundry baskets! The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids as well as the canal and even caught a few fish. We loved this home and will absolutely be back! Oh and amazing water pressure! Everything was perfect.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO house! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The highlight for us was the beautiful pool, which provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was perfect for lounging in the sun. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would love to return!

Great Stay

Overall a great stay, amazing owner who is very responsive! House and lanai area was perfect for us. The only down side for us was the fishing wasn't the best at the dock but that's only a part of the vacation so we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We came down to Cape Coral for my wife’s birthday weekend to enjoy the pool and do some shelling over in Sanibel. This was a perfect home base. Well equipped, comfortable and clean. Feels Like Home

We stayed here for a baseball tournament over Labor Day weekend and everything was perfect. The house is nicely appointed with all the comforts that make it feel like home. We really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Our host, Kathleen, was very friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated the pet-friendly policy and will definitely be back in the future.

Family Vacation

The property was as described. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and patio. We were really thankful to be able to use the boat lift as we rented a boat from speed dock for 4 days. We had good weather albeit very hot and got to go fishing and sightseeing a good amount. Water pressure was great and all the cooking utensils you needed were there. There was even extra stuff for our dogs. Only thing we can complain about was not all the rooms cooled down but it was extremely hot this week so that is understandable.

The property is newly renovated and you can tell right when you walk in. It's beautiful! The house has all the amenities you think you'll need and then some. Kathy, the owner, was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. I really cannot say anything bad about this property. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely love to come back!

Excellent get-away

Cozy home. Spotlessly clean and has everything you would need .Pool was very private and a perfect lanai to cover from the sun but still enjoy the outdoors. TV's everywhere :-) Close to beaches and an abundance of restaurants. Definitely a 5 star stay. Stop looking and book this beautiful home...you won't be dis-appointed.

I enjoy boating, swimming, the outdoors and beaches in the area and hope that our guests get to the same.

This is a family friendly neighborhood the people in the area are enjoyable and it is a safe area to walk, ride bikes, visit restaurants and boat. The reason we picked the area is the canal direct access to the gulf and the location based on restaurants and the Cape Coral beach and sunsets.

Our pool is large as well as the lanai and space around it. Our hot tub is a stand alone, so stays heated to the desired temperature of our guests. We have a lot of seating options and a great area by the canal to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning.
