The House of Sunshine was the perfect place to spend the week with our granddaughters. The location was great and everything was neat and clean inside and out. The pool was perfect to hang out in and everything we needed was provided for the beach. The owner responded quickly to my questions and the property manager Anita was very nice and helpful as well. We would love to stay at the House of Sunshine again!

The house was very nice, cute decorations and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to golf and dining. The owners left us a bottle of wine for our stay! The House of Sunshine is the place to stay!!Andrea and Joe

Fun family vacation!

Our family had a great time staying here! Our young kids are excited to go back. The pool was a definite hit with the kids. Anita was fantastic and came out to get the pool heater running for us on Christmas!

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the House of Sunshine. The house was very nice. We loved the pool, spent the week just floating in it! The location was excellent, close to Cape Coral Parkway for easy access on & off the Cape. Very quiet neighborhood. Anita the property manager was great too! Will definitely stay again!

The house was clean, the pool was awesome, the kitchen well stocked and weather was great! It was nice to talk with the property manager on the first day so she could answer our questions. Would highly recommend.

Piece of Heaven

My children and I had an amazing stay. The house is everything it features online and more. Not only is it extremely clean it is comfortable and gives a homy feeling. The pool was a perfect source of entertainment for the children, I could hardly get them out of there. Ms. Anita is so sweet and helpful she is willing to go out of her way to make sure your stay is great. I highly recommend staying here!

Helping our parents

We were in a time crunch planning a visit to Florida to get our parents into assisted living as they can no longer live independently. Hotels were outrageously priced we found this beautiful VRBO and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while doing our search. The host was so very accommodating as we had to extend our trip twice. The pool and grounds are beautiful, the house is spotless and beautifully decorated. Will definitely book this again when we have to come back down in a couple of months

Great Pool House in Cape Coral

We really enjoyed our stay at this great house in a nice neighborhood of Cape Coral. The house was recently all remodeled so everything was new and beautiful from the well equipped kitchen to the towels and sheets. The best part was the lovely pool and lanai area that we used every day and really appreciated in the Florida heat. The owner thought of everything need for a trip to the beach as well- chairs, umbrellas, cooler… Our host, Anita, was great. Vey responsive to any questions, helpful and thoughtful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Perfect home away from home

Our stay at the House of Sunshine was perfect! We have no complaints about the property at all. The pictures are exactly as the house is. The open concept of the home would make it very easy for a small family to stay here and still have space from each other. My husband and I couldn’t get enough of the pool area, it was the perfect place to relax after a long day. The home is in the perfect location to get to FMB or surrounding areas with tourist attractions in a timely manner. The owner and property manager were so easy to get along with and answered any questions without hesitation. We highly recommend staying here for your next visit to SW Florida!

Comfortable Stay

We stayed there for 7 nights. House was so clean, checking process was so easy. You will find almost everything you need in the house even even beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. There were enough towels, comfy beds. If you are planning to cook in the kitchen you may need bigger knives. Except that almost everything was provided. Plus there is an extra $50 fee to clean up the BBQ if you didn’t do so. We would stay there again for sure. If you can’t reach them via app, call or thxt the number they provide since the house owner is in Germany Anita will help you, she was so kind and helpful.

Upon first arrival this house seemed clean, a good lay out, and well-kept. However, as time went on infestations became evident: ghost ants, two kinds of mites, and large cockroaches. Messaged host to ask for pest control to be sent out. Anita responded promptly and pest control came. They refused to do a full treatment claiming they just did a full deep treatment. They also said they dont treat for mites. They did put out ghost ant bait in kitchen and bathrooms, which did seem to help. But we continued to find roaches, 5 in all while we were there. The checkin process was less that ideal as Anita knocked on the door at 830am the morning after we checked in to "check us in." This felt invasive and we were not informed via the app or messaging that an in-person meeting was required for check-in. Lastly, there are no supplies provided by the host, so bring your own everything: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, garbage bags, everything. The kitchen did have full dishware and utensils (plates, cups, knives, etc.)The pool was nice and heated with a pool attendant coming weekly to clean and treat it. There was a doggy door in the pool screening that let all the bugs in though. The location was good and close to amenties.

Die Unterkunft war super, alles sauber und gastfreundlich hergerichtet; es gab keinen Mangel an gar nichts; alles war vorhanden. Viele kleine Details machten den Aufenthalt im "House of Sunshine" unvergesslich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer sensationell und auch die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war super nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem war es perfekt - wir kommen gerne wieder!
