This charming 1930s build is located within walking distance to the historic Fayetteville Town Square and only minutes to Round Top / Warrenton. Located on a non-through street, relaxation is easily attained after a long day of antiquing, fishing or winery hopping. Enjoy the sunset on the large front porch and unwind by the backyard fire pit after dark.

Spacious 2 bedroom and 1 bath home. Master bedroom has a cozy queen sized bed and built in closet space. Secondary bedroom contains 2 full-size beds, with plenty of drawer and hanger space.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time during our Fayetteville stay. The house is an older home that has been brought up to modern standards. We had a six year old and an infant with us and everyone was comfortable. Check in was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. Lovely home, we would definitely stay again!

Happy Home

This home was clean, relaxing and absolutely cozy. The beds were amazing. It is in a great location close to everything and short drive to nearby places to explore.

Great girls weekend at Antique Week.

The house is awesome- decorated beautifully. Thought of all the details. Great location to get back and forth to Warrenton. Had a great time with my sister for a girls weekend!!

Quiet and cozy

A quiet and cozy house in a small Texas town. It's actually quite spacious, with a full kitchen, front porch and back porch, fire pit, with a good sized yard. Really enjoyed our stay.
