HISTORY…
Welcome to Sweetpea’s Paradise, a rare gem encompassing the 1950’s charm with modern amenities that have you feeling right at home. Situated on a private quiet road, this ideal key west style cottage is steps from local shops, bars and restaurants in downtown and minutes from the beach.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES…
Step in to your south Florida home by entering the open floor plan of living, dining and kitchen. Stretch out in the living area with cozy furnishings, flat screen tv with sound bar, new flooring and incredible natural lighting flowing through the large front windows to the back French doors leading to the large covered deck. Around the corner you will find a cheerful fully loaded kitchen with open shelving. Seating for 2 at the quartz kitchen counter and for 6 around the inviting dining table. Dirty laundry? Not a problem, a fully stocked washer and dryer are there for your convenience.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
2 new and cozy queen beds will welcome you after a day’s worth of action at the beach or in town. The master suite comes with closet space for days and a dresser for all your belongings. An en-suite full bathroom comes with new walk-in shower and vanity for gearing up for your next adventure. The guest bedroom is perfectly situated in this split floor plan, fully equipped with closet and dresser. The guest bath allows you to relax in a hot bath or enjoy a steamy shower.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Take in the warm salty air on the large covered deck. Rain or shine seek shelter under the new corrugated metal deck roof. Help yourself to the full outdoor dining experience by cooking dinner on the gas grill and indulging in delectable s’more dessert in the fire pit. A cozy picnic table on the deck or romantic garden dining setting is available for you to enjoy great food, company and conversation. Relax and enjoy a morning coffee or evening beverage in the half moon swinging chair. For warmer months, there are 2- 35” fans with misters if desired for your ultimate cool down.
Parking is no concern here. Ample parking for 2-3 vehicles includes the main driveway as well and a second.

Very clean and neatly appointed cottage. Nice private backyard with deck. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living space. . Great location, walk to Jensen Beach center. Easy drive to Hutchinson Island Stuart. The only drawback is adjacent cottages not kept up as well. Owner very easy to communicate with and very organized.

Beautiful beach stay!

We stayed here for four days, just looking to get away from Jacksonville for a bit during spring break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay – the house is super cute, very clean, well-stocked, and in a great location within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants/shops, and centrally located to see the whole area generally. We didn't have any complaints, and we hope to stay here again at some point in the future!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and well stocked. We liked being able to walk to the bars and restaurants. The beautiful beaches were a short ride over the bridge. We hope to return soon.

Alicia's cottage is a perfect spot to relax. Close to the beach but in a quiet spot. The Indian River Lagoon is just a short walk away. We are returning next year!

Perfect house to escape to !

The property was clean and well maintained. There was everything you might need, even to cook meals at home. Great location for wherever you need to go. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

Loved the old Florida Charm!!

Beautiful cottage, very clean and so beachy. It was exactly what we were looking for. Well stocked from dishes to spices and anything you could possibly need. We could not have asked for a better location, was within walking distance to downtown Jensen Beach. Will definitely be back!

Sweet Sweet Pea!

Ideal for 2 couples. We each had own bedroom and bathroom. The place really is sweet. Tucked in away from the main road but easily accessible to it and all that Jensen Beach offers. Would definitely go back again!

Best stay in a VRBO to date

My husband and I travel a lot for work and have been in many rentals but Alicia’s home has been the best to date. So comfy and super clean. The kitchen is amazing especially for long stays. The back deck is its own retreat. We hardly used our vehicles because you can walk to the restaurants and bars within minutes. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Lovely sweet pea cottage

Lovely house with everything you need to self cater. Comfy king size bed. Chairs, umbrella for beach even fishing bait bucket and rods in garden shed. The house is just across the road from the Indian river lagoon and short drive to beaches, walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants etc. also to Conchy Joes. Lovely outside sitting and dining area. It even has a chair style swing, very relaxing. We would highly recommend and hope maybe to return.

GREAT GET-A-WAY

We had an impromptu family reunion. many of us live in different states and we lost my Father on Christmas Day one year ago. So this turned out to be a great little vacation for my sisters, Step Mother and myself. Even had a few nieces and nephews join us. the place was great and close to Family home in Jensen Beach. Very convenient to get to the beach. Close to everything in down town Jensen. Our host Alicia was superb and very responsive. Can't wait to book it again!

Jensen Beach House

Overall, the property was clean on the inside and the beds were comfortable. All the dishes, pots pans needed were available. We ran into some minor issues which the property manager resolved when she was contacted. The rating of “OK” (essentially 3 out of a possible 5) results from 2 issues. The first is location. While the property is an easy walk to the downtown area it is also very close to two extremely active train tracks. This will not go away and should be a consideration if noise from trains will bother you. The second was the landscape and back patio which are in need of some TLC.

Thank you for your feedback, Bill. Yes, unfortunately, our small town is still fighting to keep our quaint little town “quaint” with a loosing battle with Brightline trains. I will most certainly address the landscaping with my hired crew. I was unaware this was not maintained in a timely manner. I do apologize. Overall, I am glad you enjoyed your stay.
