Available to rent for the first time in many years!

Welcome to Island Breeze 206, our family's beach condo. It's the perfect place to make new beach memories with your family, just like we have every year since the building was new.

Island Breeze is a wonderful North Ocean City location, away from all the noise and congestion. Just a few steps and you're on the beach, or a short walk and you can be at one of the many local restaurants or shops. Fenwick Island is only a 10 minute journey on foot, adding to all the things that can fill your day. Old Pro and Lost Treasure Golf are right there, and Ocean City favorite Billy's Subs is two blocks away.

Walking into the condo, you'll see the children's bedroom on the left and the front bedroom on the right. The children's bedroom has 3 twin beds and the front bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. The front bedroom has direct access to the hall bathroom, which features a tub/shower combination. Following down the hall to the right, you'll pass the Laundry Room, which has a large washer and dryer. At the end of the hall are the two master bedrooms.

Both of the master bedrooms feature direct walkouts to the balcony. The main master bedroom has a king and a twin bed, with an additional crib to sleep an infant. The bathroom for the main master has both a dedicated shower and a large, jetted bathtub. The second master bedroom has a king bed, and features a full bathroom with a shower.

The rest of the condo is a wonderful open plan, with a full kitchen, eating area, and family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, and dishes. The eating area has four bar stools for sitting at the counter, as well as a large dining table. The family room features seating for everyone with a couch and several chairs. The TV sits above the gas fireplace, which is nice for quiet evenings.

Great location, Clean and well maintained property!

Stayed with my Family for Labor Day at this property and was perfect! Very clean and spacious, easy to get to the beach and pool a lot of games for kids and a nice kitchen fully equipped. Property owner easy to contact too!! Definitely worth it.

Labor Day Weekend

Perfectly suited for our 3-family vacation

This property was more spacious than it appeared in the listing. I was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was comfortable and we felt safe. The proximity to the beach was perfect for the little ones. Our family had a great time! The owner was gracious and easy to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed this well put together and homey beach side condo. It was a fantastic labor day weekend. This condo has everything needed for a large group to have a carefree relaxing weekend. Family Vaca Fabulocity !

Enjoyed our stay at the Island Breeze. The condo easily accommodated our 3 families (8 people) and was stocked appropriately with all the necessities and then some:) The added bonus was kiddie room with all the toys hidden in the closet! My 2 grandchildren were entertained for the entire stay. The pool was a plus for cooling off or just getting some R&R away from the kiddies (i.e., summer reading). The family definitely wants to return to the Island Breeze.

The Perfect Getaway

This is truly home away from home. The condo was very spacious, very clean and in immaculate condition. It was well stocked with everything you would need. The uptown location was just perfect for us, just far enough away from the crowds yet close to all the attractions. The beach is just steps away. Mary and Marty are two of the nicest people you will every meet. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely be back.

We rented this unit for our family for a long weekend. It was very reasonably priced and comfortably slept 12 adults and my one year old daughter. The place was clean and fully stocked with games, dishes, towels, sheets, etc. The owner is very friendly and was available to answer questions during our stay. The living area is open and spacious, perfect for everyone to hang out all in one place. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for others.

Our great week at the Island Breeze!

The space, location and accommodations were perfect for our family. We have taken these family vacations for over 35 years and, as it’s become more difficult to accommodate our entire family in one unit, we really appreciate Mary having made her extremely spacious unit available to us. I really appreciated having been able to communicate directly with the owner, Mary. She was extremely helpful, very friendly and easy to reach, always responding in a timely fashion. Thank you to Mary! We had a great time!

Wow! Pictures don’t do it justice. This place is huge and fit my family perfectly. She had plenty of toys to keep my little one busy as well as plenty of games for my niece and nephews. Very clean and well put together. Would highly recommend this place. Hoping to stay here again next year!!

Perfect for families

Mary’s condo is outstanding to say the least. Our family enjoyed our stay so much. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to the beach with a two year old and not have take a stroller or wagon. The pool was nice also and on the same floor, which was an added bonus! We highly recommend staying here, and we will stay again!

Spacious property! Well appointed with anything you would need for your vacation! Lots of children's activities. Immaculate! Great communication with owner. Very nice!

This was a very spacious condo and well decorated. We were very impressed! Even though we rented to condo, we gave the better rooms to our relatives. So, we stayed in the 3-twin room. The twin bed quality was not great, but we are all great sleepers so we had no problem getting good sleep. Having an option to go to the pool was useful when we didn't want to go to the beach. The pool on the same floor and was a few steps away from the condo entrance, so that was really convenient. We could look out the window and see what was going on.

We grew up spending our summer vacations in Ocean City. After renting every summer for more than 30 years, our parents bought this condo and spent many retirement years here at the ocean. We continue to celebrate their legacy by coming together here as a family each summer, and hope that your stay at Island Breeze will give you lasting memories the way that it does for us.
