Nestled in the trees on the San Juan River with hot tub overlooking - you can enjoy privacy while being the first to lifts at Wolf Creek! The 3500sqf Chalet is peaceful and quiet, but is also conveniently located close to all the great experiences Pagosa Springs has to offer!

The space
The home is a 3,500 square foot two level with an open floor plan and 35 foot ceilings and views of the forest from every room. It has a beautiful on-demand fireplace, is newly remodeled and refinished with new appliances, beds and bedding, bathrooms and finishes. The stunning views of the mountains and river are matched with comfortable seating throughout to enjoy the scenic beauty, relax and connect with friends and family. There is a caretaker living on property to take care of snow removal, hot tub maintenance and other needs that may arise.

The kitchen is open and inviting and is fully appointed with granite counters, an 8 burner Wolf range, two refrigerators, toaster oven, waffle maker, coffee maker, Keurig, rice cooker, food processor and more. You can easily cook for your group. It is well stocked with pots, pans and all the cooking supplies. Basic Spices, Oil, etc are also available.

The main living area has 2 large sofas and so large club chairs with a 60” TV. It is connected to the dining room and kitchen and has great views of the forest.

There are 3 bedrooms and each has their own bath.

There is a large garage with plenty of room for storage of gear and load in and out.

The Chalet is a “smart" home and is equipped with nest thermostats, outdoor cams, doorbell and nest protect. It has radiant heating controlled in each room. There are smart speakers and TV’s in each bedroom. The wifi signal is wired throughout the home with a mesh system for optimal distribution.

This is not a party house and is a quiet neighborhood. We have spent a lot of time renovating the home and making it special and it's important that we have guests that respect that.

The location can't be beat - you can’t get any closer to Wolf Creek and experience the tranquility of the forest with being so close to Town. The home has the biggest double lot in the neighborhood backing up to the green space and forest preserve and faces an open wildflower field. The fishing is abundant and the river is absolutely stunning. Come make memories with your family on the river!

Walking the neighborhood is a beautiful experience...check out the two trout ponds, bridge over the San Juan River and all the quaint homes. The river has ample fish and a great place to hang out. There is no other neighborhood in Pagosa like this one! We have large drive way enough for 3-4 cars.
