Newly built modern cozy apartment with remote gate access, back up generator and perimeter security camera system located in Mount Fortune on the eastern end of the island. Five minutes driving access to grocery stores, Island Harbour beach and the restaurants thereon like Falcon Nest. 10 minutes drive from the famous Shoal Bay beach.
The space
The apartment is new and is fitted with all the necessary modern amenities. The space is equipped with a washer and dryer, air-condition, 40 inch TV in bedroom and living area, equipped with cable and internet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances to include fridge, stove, toaster oven, microwave, dish washer and coffee maker. an accessible Cazibo area with grill, mini fridge, sink, outdoor dinning set and a Television

Great Hospitality

Absolutely lovely and a great location!

The condo is just as beautiful as the photos. We LOVE the location close to our favorite restaurants and you’re always close to a perfect beach on Anguilla. Upstairs unit with a nice balcony. I messed up our rental car reservation with another company and the property manager went above and beyond to help me last minute. We can’t wait to come back!

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY

This Listing is EVERYTHING..It's soo beautiful in person..The Owner Myron and his wife was amazing..They helped me thru the steps and maked everything easy on my part..They was so nice and welcoming to me and my mom.They also provided me with a rental with an affordable price.I will be booking this listing again when I travel bk to anguilla.

The Pictures don’t do any justice.

The apartment looks better in person. First off let me start with Myron and MeeKae, when I say I’ve traveled a lot and I have never received such an amazing hospitality the way they provide it.The apartment I can’t speak enough of it. Very nice and very clean. You would need a car from where the apartment is at to go anywhere. The best beach is only 8 minutes away. I will rent again from them when I return. Recommend 10 out of 10 great experience.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. The place (as other reviewers have pointed out) is exactly as the pictures (even better, honestly) Myron and his son were kind enough to pick us that the ferry port. We rented a car with him and he took care of permission that you need to get in order to drive in Anguilla. (And the cost for the rental car was very economic) He provided chairs, umbrella, and beach towels which was very useful. Supermarket is just a short drive from his place. Myron was indeed an excellent host as previous reviewers have mentioned. Rolando

Home away from home

STOP scrolling; there's no need to go any further. Myron place is beyond amazing 5 🌟's does not do it justice. It is very clean and has everything that you would need. This is the place to stay when visiting the beautiful island of Anguilla. We could not have asked for a better place and host. You can sit on the balcony, enjoy the nice breeze, and watch the sunset. At night, view the many shining stars. Perfect location with Shoals Sandy Beach and Harbour Island nearby. There are a variety of places to eat. But most of all, our host Myron is the kindest and available host we could have asked for. You can feel the love of Myron. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning. We always felt welcome from the folks in Anguilla. It's "Home away from Home."

Excellent séjour

La propriété de Myron est spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Elle est trÚs bien située à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage de Shoal Bay. Il y a une supérette juste à cÎté pour faire quelques courses. Une boulangerie française à quelques minutes, ainsi que des restaurants. Myron nous attendait au débarcadÚre avec le vehicule de location et nous a emmené au logement. L'endroit est calme et reposant. C'était notre premiÚre visite à Anguilla et nous avons adoré. Nous reviendrons.

We had so many flight issues just getting to Anguilla; having to spend 1 night in Miami. But Myron kept us in a positive place each time I updated him! Once we finally arrived to the house it felt like home for the next 5 days. The house had all we needed. The car rental on property was definitely a plus! I praise the home the whole time I was on vacation and gave out 2 referrals for Myron. We will be back!!!

Fortune Rise in Paradise

This is a divine place to vacation and enjoy with loved ones. Spectacular and awesome, "Home away from Home". This is a gem of a place in Anguilla. Ambience is truly the best and the grounds are meticulously kept. Myron is such a wonderful, reliable, tremendous and exceptional person. A big thanks to Myron and his precious wife Linette. The power of great minds coming together to create such an extravagant atmosphere that impacts my family's vacation with lasting memories. Love it, Love it. See you again soon. Blessings always.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It’s beautiful, modern and super clean. The owners are extremely accommodating. They had pick up from airport waiting for us and brought us food during our quarantine, then drove us to get our car. If I had not already leased a different apartment, I would have loved to have made this my home while going to school. The property is so nice with remote gated entry, so I felt very safe and the door to the apartment is also remote entry. I will always check here first if I need a place to stay in Anguilla.
