Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Convenient location and comfortable stay. This condo worked great for our group of 4 adults. There's no door to the loft bedroom upstairs, but that wasn't a problem for us since we used the downstairs bedrooms. We enjoyed walking around the resort and had a great breakfast at the club house grill. The only thing not available that we really wanted was coffee. Everything else was provided and the condo was clean, safe and quiet.

Comfortable and Lovely accommodations

We loved this three bedroom condo. It was a lovely neighborhood to walk through to the pool and Pickleball courts. we did not realize that the third bedroom was a loft room with no door, but that was not a problem for us. we would definitely come and stay here again!

Great place, great stay!

The condo was just as listed. It was clean, and comfortable and had everything you needed. We were a group of five adults and there was plenty of space for us all. We enjoyed some of the games they had for us to play. A beautiful area close to a lot of attractions. The breakfast place on site was delicious and the people were very friendly. I would stay here again!

Branson jeep invasion

On our last day we got back to our place @4 air conditioning had stopped working called 3 times was told it was our fault because it was set on 55 false finally 945ish maintenance guy said he had just got in the call it was the condenser that went out not that it was turned down to 55 because the lowest we had it on was 70. I’m still waiting for compensation for that last day.

Very well appointed, clean and comfortable

The title line pretty much sums it up. We were very pleased with just about everything at this particular location. The water, heat and pressure were not the greatest in the shower, but that's the only real complaint I think we have.

Overall it was clean but floors were dirty. Babies feet were very dirty after walking on them just a bit. Dishwasher didnt work. Beds very comfortable.

Nice condo, nice amenities!

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and their 3 children stayed at this condo. Having 3 King size beds was great. Nicely decorated for a vacation rental. Kitchen had pretty much all you would need to cook if you chose. They also had towels for the pool although we brought our own. Attendants at the gate were very friendly and helpful. Pool was very nice! We enjoyed our stay here rather than staying in a hotel. Gave us the opportunity to spread out and visit. Each bedroom had a television!

Would rent again but without boat!

Renting this property overall was nice due to 3 bedrooms and 3 Baths so the kids had their own, which is a big plus! The condo was clean just didn’t have dishwashing soap which we went and bought no big deal! Quiet neighborhood but only thing was an issue for us was we had a 24ft pontoon boat that only could go in designated area but those areas we couldn’t park due to being tight spots. Great place just don’t bring a boat!

Great little vacation

We came to Branson for a dance competition. Myself, fiancĂ©, and 5 girls, ages; 18, 13, 10, 6, & 3. Plenty of space for all of us. The loft was great for the older two. The pull out couch was perfect for the toddler. FiancĂ© & I loved the double sinks while getting ready in the morning. The pool and tiki bar was AWESOME. This place is in a great location, 10 minutes either way from the strip or silver dollar city, 2 minutes from the Wilks Theater. Walmart delivered our groceries and whatever else we forgot, there was a convenience gas station literally around the corner. My ONLY issue was we ran out of toilet paper on day 2, the place only had partial rolls on the holders
 we didn’t know until about 10pm the second night when we were going through cabinets thinking there HAD to be just ONE extra roll. Also, the tub in the master bathroom does not drain well. These are MINOR issues, and we still 100% recommend this place, just come prepared! Everyone was SO nice and welcoming!

Wonderful and spacious stay at Pointe Royale!

Thank you for hosting our family! The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and cookie utensils - including Tupperware containers and two kinds of coffee pots (traditional and a Keurig). There’s plenty of closet space. Games, a handful of DVDs, nice patio
the list goes on. Even a few laundry detergent pods were available for us. You just need to bring pool towels, extra toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries and your food! The bedroom and bathroom in the loft area are basically a third bedroom and bathroom. Thank you again for a great stay! Can’t wait to visit again!

very accommodating!

The condo was perfect for our family. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The pool area was awesome which is a priority for us. The boys LOVED the golf course as well. We are planning to return here this fall.
