- Suite Bathroom: Equipped with a standard shower in suite with two queen beds.
- Accessible Bathroom: Located adjacent to the king bedroom, this bathroom is designed for accessibility with a roll-under, hanging counter/sink, it has a combo tub/shower and supportive grab bars. This bathroom serves the second bedroom and guests.

- Accessibility: The home is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and wide doorways throughout. The king bedroom and one bathroom are specially designed to accommodate wheelchair users.
- Outdoor Space: This is a work-in-progress which will include a private patio, large picnic table and shady areas where you can enjoy fresh air, yard features and outdoor living. Grass is being planted and these features will be available to fully enjoy in the near future.
