Relax with the family at this cozy farmhouse.
This 3 bed 2 bath has plenty of space for you and your loved ones.
Two queen beds , two twin beds, and a sofa bed as well as two floor mattresses.
Enjoy the game room (pool table, foosball table) ,basketball hoop, pool/wet bar area, let’s not forget the beautiful nature and fire pit in the swing area .
This farmhouse is truly a paradise .
It has a heated pool (pool towels not provided, please bring your own)
Across Sugarsand distillery , 3 min from barn at paso fino wedding venue, 5 min away from two wineries , restaurants, Lake June , 19 min from sebring raceway.
Pool heater must be requested 24 hrs advanced $20 heating fee per day.

Farm house has Fresh-Aire UV which fights mold, Bacteria, viruses and odors.
It has one of the best filters which is an Media Air Filter, better at cleaning than a typical filter, helps maintain heating and cooling equipment operating efficiency and traps some particles to 0.5 microns.

in all categories; check-in, cleanness of home and properties, and communication are superior as well as all home furnishings. Comfortable seating and beds in all areas and efficient AC and appliances. Our family enjoys the large game/ family room when indoors and the amazing pool and patio outdoors. We have visited this property numerous times to see family and attend outdoor events. The location is private yet convenient. We highly recommend this home and will be returning soon as schedules allow.

Wonderful Stay!

We evacuated from the coast during Hurricane Milton and this was the perfect property for us! There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool and foosball tables helped the teens pass the time - they even went in the swimming pool between rain bands! The hosts were so easy to work with and accommodating. They were even kind enough to hook up a generator when the power went out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious home for their family!

Second Stay

This property doesn’t disappoint, thus our second stay. The pictures are accurate. The home is a very nice size yet every room cozy. Although we did, as with our previous stay, spend most of our time in the gaming room, lanai or the pool. The property sits on small acreage disallowing close neighbors and creating a very serine feeling which was perfection for my weary soul.

Family favorite

We visit Lake Placid often and this home is the family favorite. The natural setting is restful, relaxing and the location is convenient to shopping and eating out. The home and grounds are immaculate and well stocked with everyday essentials. The pool and patio and family game room provides entertainment for all ages. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend this home.

Such an awesome home and such a great host!

This home is fabulous and fun, great property, great host, so clean and comfortable. We love everything about the property and it has a game room and a pool, it's the perfect getaway retreat. Laura is such a great host, we always have all details of check in well in advance of check in and anytime we have had a question she is super fast to reply. Our team members have stayed here a few times before and would gladly do so again next time in the area. No negatives at all, enjoyable, fabulous stay. THANK YOU so much Laura!!

Great location; not very clean!

The property was close by to the venue for our daughter's wedding which was convenient. However the home had animal hair all over it (possibly from the cat that consistently tried to get in every time the door was opened), the light bulbs in the bedrooms were very dim as though they were going bad, the sheets on the beds were old and pilling, the comforters had animal hair on them, soap caked in the bathroom shower that caused us to have to buy bleach to get it up. The home is very nice but the owners should really invest in a better cleaning company and/or property management company!!

Country Living

The house is about 15 minutes out of town but a perfect little farmhouse for a family gathering. Plenty of space to spread out, yet plenty of gathering spaces to enjoy company. We really enjoyed the Florida room and heated pool area.

Great home

My family and I enjoyed staying here while visiting family in Lake Placid. The house had everything needed to keep our kids entertained. The pool was warm and the kids loved the barn cat, Paisley, who was always near by.

The ranch is located in a charming pastoral setting. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature yet close to entertainment, dining, and shopping. This was our second visit to this home. Lovely Farmhouse!

We had a great stay! The home is very clean, comfortable, cozy, and private. The kids had a blast in the pool and game room. The home is in a country setting and it feels like you’re really on a farm! Loved that there were horses on the property, and the sweet cats visited us often. Owner responds quickly and is just a message away if you need anything. Hope we get the chance to stay there again!
