The Space:

*Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days. Heating fee will be $100/day plus fees/taxes, for the duration of your stay*



Soak up the sun in our beautiful beach club with cabana and loungers set against a custom 'Scottsdale' wall. Unwind in the massive jacuzzi, with 6 hydro-therapy massage stations and lighting choices, or take a dip in the private LED-colored pool accompanied by solar-powered pool floating lights that self-activate at sunset. Play a friendly (or competitive!) game of corn hole or life-sized Connect 4. When the sun goes down, congregate together beneath 150 feet of beautiful string lights over an outdoor dining space.



Inside, lounge with space for up to 15 against a custom out of this world galaxy mural. Relax in front of the 65" Smart TV with streaming live TV (YouTube TV) built-in Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and streaming capabilities. If you're feeling adventurous, we've provided a cocktail and whiskey station. SBC comes with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room with top-of-the-line appliances including fridge, french-door toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and more. When you're ready to unwind, enjoy the unique and spacious open-concept Master shower and know that you'll sleep well with our plush memory foam beds with matching silky smooth bedding and linens.

Guest Access:

You will have access to absolutely everything on the property including large outdoor areas, private pool, kitchen and more. Parking available on property in garage and driveway. Guest will access home via self check-in using a custom code.

Quiet, family friendly neighborhood just five minutes south of Old Town Scottsdale and 10 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.



Getting Around:

Uber/Lyft arrives within ~5 minutes of the request for a driver!
