Whether you're sipping coffee on the front porch daybed or relaxing on the patio, this hidden gem is built for rest and reconnection. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with bead board cabinets, a spacious island, and all the essentials to cook or entertain. The open-concept layout includes a cozy sectional sofa, a 60" Smart TV with streaming options, and a separate desk area for remote work.

The king bedroom offers luxury linens, smart TV, ample storage, and a private ensuite bath with a ¾ shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, hand-painted furniture, and unique art. A guest bathroom with tub/shower combo is located off the hallway. A full laundry room and outdoor shower round out your comforts.

Out back, the showstopper is the lushly landscaped private backyard with a large pool and spa—an oasis all its own. Lounge, float, or recharge—this is where vacation truly begins.

EXTRA DETAILS:
- We require an email address, phone number, copy of drivers license, guest list, guest ages and signed contract for all reservations within 48 hours of booking. If not received during this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

- Early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available.

- This home is not pet-friendly or children friendly.

- Exceeding more guests than what is on the reservation, without host's prior approval, will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

- $150.00 a day (October 1 - May 31 additional charge added to the reservation to heat the pool to 85 degrees from 10am - 3pm & to heat the spa to 101 degrees in the evenings. In December and January, the pool will not be heated due to outdoor, winter temps.

- $75.00 a day (June 1 - September 30) additional charge added to the reservation to heat spa. Spa is heated to 101 degrees.

- The pool will not be heated during the months of December 1 - January 31 and June 1 - September 30.

- Forfeiture of security deposit and immediate departure will be exercised for breaking any house rules.

- Cancelations maybe subject to a 3% cancelation fee

This is the cutest property and was perfect for the four of us. We loved the pool and hot tub so much we didn’t even venture to the gulf water - which is close by. You’re also going to love the screened in front porch.The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you might need for your stay.

The property is exactly as-advertised and is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The beach is close and so are shopping and dining options. The property manager was very prompt and helpful. If I have friends looking to stay in the area I would definitely recommend this place.

Impeccable Property with Private Pool

This property photographs beautifully and does not disappoint in real life. Every room was well-appointed and spotless, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The property includes plenty of beach equipment, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, and more. Check-in was easy, and the property manager communicates clearly and as needed throughout the stay. Anniversary Getaway

New Moon Tide is a little gem. Highly recommended for couples who enjoy cycling, privacy, easy beach access and good restaurants. The icing on the cake is the private pool and jacuzzi on the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We were down on vacation decided to stay a few more days. Place we were staying was booked. Found this gem and contacted Heather last minute. She was very quick to respond and was even able to get us in early.A five star review does not do this place justice. It’s an easy 10. Enjoyed the bikes that were provided. Pool area in backyard was excellent. This place will not disappoint!

This is the perfect little house. The backyard and front porch are incredible! Short walk or bike ride to the beach. They have everything you could possibly need. It’s also SUPER clean. Heather texted on check-in day to make sure we got in okay and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great time!

New Moon Tide was the perfect spot for this last minute long weekend getaway for our family. The house had everything you could possibly need, including a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. Great vacation home

We loved this home. The owners thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. From the goodies and note waiting for us to the bikes, chairs and umbrellas. We loved sitting on the screened porch at night playing checkers. All the decor is updated and makes you feel at home. The owners were very responsive to any questions. Easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Great location! We would definitely stay again!!

Wow! We have stayed at many different houses in 30A over the past 10 years and this is by far the best property we’ve ever stayed at! I research houses for vacation like it’s my job and we’ve never stayed at the same house twice but we will 100% be back here. The house is small but adorable. It was just myself and my husband on our anniversary trip and it was the perfect size. The backyard area with the pool is what dreams are made of, we loved it! This was our first time biking to the beach and it was so easy and quick! The house was well stocked. The TVs were all large and the WiFi worked great! We loved having breakfast on the screened in porch. The street is peaceful and the setting is beautiful. Heather was a great host and you could tell a lot of thought has gone into making this a great spot! We had no issues with the property and cannot wait to come back!

Peaceful, near beach bungalow.

Received a text as soon as checkin was available. The place looked spotless and smelled very clean. Have to admit the the wife was initially disappointed with the location being approximately .5 mile from the beach. However, while having a drink on the porch the first night she appreciated the privacy and atmosphere offered by the location. The bicycles were a nice touch, along with provided beach amenities. This was our first VRBO experience and will not be our last. Heather is an excellent host. The panhandle is now our favorite Florida destination. We will return.

A Hidden Oasis!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. We were looking for a property close to the beach but we also wanted a “private” pool. The photos on the advertisement were spot-on. The pool is beautiful and we had to pry ourselves away to go to the beach. Everything we needed was there. The pre-check-in information was very detailed and provided easy access for our entry. The A/C worked great and the bed was very comfortable. The whole property is super clean and the furnishings and decorations were beautifully done. When we finally decided to leave the pool and go to the beach everything we needed was available from bicycles to chairs and beach towels. The house is nestled in a beautifully manicured yard and the area is quiet and private. It was truly a great experience, and the few questions we had during our stay were immediately responded to by our host. We highly recommend this property for anyone that values privacy, peace, and quiet. It is a hidden oasis!

This place was perfect! A short 5 min bike ride to the beach! They had chairs, umbrellas, coolers and more! They had branded koozies for each of us in the drawer! We had forgot laundry detergent and zip lock bags at the store and they had each of them at the house!! The house was so clean! There are 5 beach towels to use! One of the bikes has a wagon to haul things! The front porch swing was the most relaxing spot! The front porch is screened in! There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each of the inside bathrooms as well as the outside shower! The only thing that we would have had differently is something over the windows to make it darker at night and for the early sunrise! That is just personal preference though! There were plenty of pillows!In the 2nd room there were some kids books and blocks for kids to play with. We also left some uno cards! The pool was a little warmer than we would have liked but the host can’t control the hot hot days! We can’t wait to go back next year! It seriously was THE BEST WEEK!!!! It was about 45 min to an hour drive to Destin area for dinner around 5:30p in the evening. Took us approx 1.5 hours to get to the Destin/Fort Waltin Airport. 20 min drive to Seaside yesterday at 3:15p. Donut Hole location about 10’ish minutes away. Paths to bike to some local places to eat. Door Dash had no problem finding the location for food deliveries. The host was very responsive to questions.

Perfection in Every Way!

I don’t have enough space to say how amazing this property is. My top 10 favorite things… 1. The home is spotless and perfectly furnished. 2. I absolutely love the outdoor shower! So beautifully crafted, and all the amenities too. 3. Having the cart to attach to one of the bikes was so perfect. We used it to bring home carry-out breakfast and pizza, to grab groceries, to take all our chairs to the beach. 4. I love really cute coffee mugs with some thing special printed on the inside. The kitchen has everything you need including really sweet coffee mugs. 5. From dinner recommendations to the perfect spot for a Mani/Peti (I❤️”Polished”) the owner’s ideas were fantastic. 6. Everything was conveniently located to this house. The beach, the shopping, restaurants, Publix, everything easy to get to. 7. All of the knobs on the doors and cabinets are perfectly chosen Seaglass colors. 8. The beds were very comfortable! This is important to us. 9. I love the swing on the front porch. Very clean. Very sturdy. So relaxing. 10. We never watch TV on vacation. I have to say that the couch and TV area are so inviting, we did watch a great show on Netflix and also played cards in this area. I have sent so many great pictures to my friends and family. We will definitely be back.

Hi! We are Chris, Heather, and Luke, your hosts. As a Southern native, I (Heather) hold cherished memories of these beaches from my early years. These very coastlines were where we introduced our son to the sun, sand, and gulf coast when he was merely a small itty bitty baby! And yes, all he seemed to want to do was eat the sand! Nowadays, keeping him away from the water is nearly impossible. I am employed at a thriving real estate firm in Crested Butte, CO. My husband, Chris, serves as my invaluable partner, working alongside my team of skilled assistants. Chris prefers working behind the scenes and oversees all general property upkeep at our properties. Alongside these two properties, we are proud owners of an 1880s historic schoolhouse in Crested Butte that we delicately remodeled in 2019 and 2020.
My passion lies in providing our guests with exceptional care to guarantee a wonderful vacation experience. We understand the significance of taking time off and are thrilled to share these two remarkable properties with you.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

It was love at first site when we laid eyes on this original 1980's cinder block beach cottage. We prefer well loved and cared for homes that tell a story of how things used to be and honor the history of the area. We aren't fancy people and don't need a big home to enjoy the simplicity of the beach. We also like to lay low and prefer the private aspect of this property. We like how easily we can be "in it", with all the restaurants and so many fun activities close by, but also be on the very quiet side of 30A. This property checked that box for us.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The screened in front porch is one of our favorite spots of the house especially enjoying it in one of the teak rocking chairs. Granted this 1000 square foot home isn't that big. It is sweet, compact and just what we wanted in a beach home. You can kick back and enjoy the beach without things being too fussy. Sort of like how it was when I was growing up visiting the beach. We hope you will enjoy it too!
