Welcome to Big Blue Escape at Seacrest Beach! Big Blue backs directly to 30A in the heart of the Seacrest Beach neighborhood. Big Blue has wonderful ocean views from the covered 3rd floor porch and is only a short walk to the private beach access and steps away (100 steps!) the 12,000 square foot lagoon style pool.

Perfect location!! Walk to the shops in Rosemary Beach and to many restaurants! Our favorite walkable restaurants in Aly's Beach are George's, The Citizen and the Fonville Press Market & Cafe. Walking the other direction we love Lola's in Seacrest, La Crema, Gallions and Restaurant Paradis in Rosemary.

Inside Big Blue Escape:

An upscale luxury home with 4 large bedrooms and 4 baths on three floors including 6 covered porches. It offers all the comforts of home combined with the luxuries of a five star beach resort. Big Blue offers all new furnishings, updated coastal décor, and is just steps away from the Seacrest beach access. Big Blue Escape offers 4 beach chairs and 8 beach towels.

The 1st floor includes a guest suite with private bath, a large flat screen TV, laundry facilities, as well as the 1st floor primary suite. This suite includes a king size bed, another large flat screen TV as well as an en suite bathroom with tiled shower and large soaking tub. Fall into cool, crisp, luxurious bedding after a day of sunshine.

The 2nd floor provides a spacious, fully stocked, chef inspired kitchen. There is comfy dining space for 8 plus an additional 4 barstools providing seating for 12. The 2nd floor also includes a large living area with a sectional couch and large TV. Step out to the 2nd floor porch and enjoy the sites of 30a as you enjoy a cocktail or your favorite snack. On this level is also the 3rd bedroom with a double bed, and daybed with twin trundle. You will also find a 3rd bathroom that is accessible from both the main living area as well as the bedroom. This is the perfect spot for children!

The 3rd floor offers another primary suite with a king bed and a bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. On this floor you will find another smaller living area with a sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. Lastly, step out to the 3rd floor porch which includes an amazing outdoor space with seating for 8, a grilling area with large gas grill, sink and refrigerator and 4 chaise lounges for catching views of the beautiful gulf waters. Enjoy the spectacular views, people watch along 30a, tell stories, and watch the sun go down. Our maximum occupancy is 12 providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out across this amazing home.

The 12,000 square foot lagoon style pool is a beautiful amenity only about 100 steps from Big Blue Escape.

We have a pack & play, highchair, 2 baby gates, kids plates, cups, bowls, forks, spoons, etc. for your convenience.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION 1. (3) guaranteed parking spaces are provided and tenants MUST display parking permits on their front dash. 2. Minimum Age Rental Requirement is 25 and primary renter must be a guest during the entire stay. 3. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside or outside in the common areas. 4. No Pets 5. No hammocks or hanging anything off the rooftop railings. No climbing or sitting on the rooftop railings.
