The Space:
Our cute 1400 sq ft home has been newly updated to meet the needs of guests. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and provides ample parking on a long driveway and a one-car garage. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with complimentary coffee and tea. All mattresses are new and highly rated on Amazon. Excellent Xfinity high speed internet for work or family travel. The place is conveniently located and close to everything that Cartersville offers:

Not a great experience

We came in for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint and the check in was really easy. But
As we drove up we were extremely disappointed in the area, it was really run down and not in a great are of Cartersville. We tried to look past that but as we walked in the smell was terrible. They had plug ins in the townhome that smelled so strong our entire party had to get out. Our eyes were burning and my oldest with asthma had to walk out. We were trying to figure out what they were hiding. We didn’t even unpack and I reached out immediately and Lee apologized and said to take them outside and to see if it was better after our game. When we cam back it wasn’t better so we left and had to book a last minute hotel. There was no way we could have stayed there. Lee said he would at first have to charge me a night and cleaning fee but then said we would not be charged for the 3 nights. Lee charged us a cleaning fee and a nights stay even though we didn’t stay at all. Vrbo refunded us their charges but I have never heard back from Lee with the other charges. So for 1 night we were charged a crazy amount at place that we could not stay. We were really disappointed. I do not recommend staying here.

Very Cozy & Comfortable - Home away from Home

We visited Cartersville, GA to attend a family reunion all the way from Ontario, Canada. We stayed at this property for 5 days during our vacation here in Cartersville. We must say this property was very cozy & comfortable and made us feel like home away from home. Property was very clean and spotless. Property host Lee was amazing and was readily available to communicate with. Instructions provided by the host was very easy and clear. Located in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood. In short, we recommend others to stay at this property without any hesitation. We loved it and were well rested.

Quiet and comfortable

We were in town for baseball. This home was in a good location, very clean and very roomy. The owner communicated very well and always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

1st Time VRBO

This was our first VRBO and wish they would all be this easy! Place was nice and clean and plenty of room! Lee was super easy to communicate with and made it easy for everyone. Will stay again!

Perfect for Lakepoint

Thanks to Lee for such a great stay-super clean and about 15 minutes for ball at Lakepoint. Commute easy. Super great find!

Perfect size for family

In Cartersville for a family event; the 3 beds, 2.5 bathrooms were perfect for our needs-very clean, comfortable and well -stocked apartment.

Great stay!

This was a wonderful space for our family (we have 4 kids between 7 and 16). We were down for a baseball tournament and this property was our home away from home. It was around 15 minutes to get to Lake Point sports. We were pleased at how clean the property was! Beds were super comfy and the AC was perfect to cool off between baseball games. The Keurig machine and pods are so thoughtful. It is close to stores and a cute downtown area. This property is in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed reading and relaxing on the back deck. Thank you for the hospitality.

Excellent place to stay

Everything from the online booking to checkin/checkout was seamless. Lee was a very accommodating host. His home was very clean and nicely decorated. Our stay was very relaxing and felt like a home away from home.

Diamond in the rough

This is a wonderful property about 45-60 mins north of Atlanta. It really had everything with 3 BRs, 3 BRs, laundry with detergent, linens and kurig coffee in the morning. Affordable, convenient, excellent accommodations. We slept well and the mattresses are comfortable. We will return for sure!

Great stay

Lee’s place was clean, nice, and very comfortable for me and 5 others. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, coffee, pots and pans. Everything was perfectly clean. We felt safe and comfortable in the quaint townhome. Would recommend this stay and would stay again.

Cartersville Visit

We were in town for my sister’s wedding. We had 4 adults and 2 children and were able to all be comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
