This friendly, easily accessible and cozy non-smoking end unit is located on the ground floor with gorgeous views of the golf course and breathtaking sunsets.

This spacious 2 BR, 2 BA condo was recently remodeled with new furniture and appliances!
It accommodates comfortably 4 guests with a fully equipped kitchen.
Each bedroom features a king or queen size bed with Hawaiian design bedding. Vibrant tropical artworks throughout the entire home will give you a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
We are conveniently located within a short walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, bank and gas station.
In case you have any additional questions or concerns during your stay, a property manager is available 24/7. Peace and serenity prevail in this quiet development.

HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET and Spectrum/Time Warner cable TV are provided.
Waikoloa is located at 1200 feet above sea level where the sun shines year round and the nights can get comfortably cool.

The host immediately attended to an issue with the cable company and resolved the issue. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with all appliances, dishes etc needed. The beds very comfortable, extra linens and towels. The Amenities were outstanding. Beautiful patio, beautiful landscape and quiet too, although overlooking golf course.

Washer and dryer in the unit, beds were very comfortable and the linens were very soft and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you could ask for. We loved sitting outside looking at the beautiful setting! Mary and Martin were great and extremely helpful when we couldn’t make the TV work. Martin came over and had it working in a few minutes. Great stay!!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable and had many thoughtful amenities. Local shops were close and accessible. Being on the golf course felt very peaceful and we saw a lot of wild life. The hosts were great communicators and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the place. Grocery store within walking distance. The place was very clean and inviting. Loved the fact that the place was well supplied with essentials, bath supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies. So many times when using vrbo the supplies are minimal. We really enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course. The beds were comfortable and the linen supplies plentiful. Nice layout. Would stay again. Host very resposive and friendly.

Kitchen was fine— all things that we needed were there. Tge cabinets were high so, both of us being short, had a little trouble getting glasses, etc. But nothing to do about that. We didn’t have a chance to use pool so cannot evaluate that.

This condo was great. It is clean, has a great kitchen with lots of spices, dishes etc Perfect for cooking meals and the grill is a bonus.The area is quiet and the lanai was great. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of beach gear. Loved the location and would stay again .

Highly Recommended Property

This was our 7th stay on the Big Island and our second stay at this particular property. It definitely will be our continued choice for any future trips to the Big Island. Good time in Waikoloa Village

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was clean and had all the amenities that I needed. Its location was good for checking out the Kohala part of the island. Mary and Martin's communication was excellent and they were great hosts.
