SERENE COZY CABIN nestled in the heart of Bryan, TX. Located just 10 minutes from Kyle Field. This rustic-decorated 1800 sqft cabin, with the modern amenities of home, has everything you need for your perfect getaway. You can sit back and enjoy the view of the trees and small creek while sipping your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine on the expansive back porch. This cabin comfortably sleeps 12, with four bedrooms on the first floor and a loft upstairs with two full beds. The cabin features a beautiful faux fireplace that gives off heat and light, WiFi, a pool table, and a TV for Roku/Streaming ability. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, floss, and travel toothbrushes. The kitchen is stocked and includes a toaster, air fryer, pots and pans, wine bottle opener, dishes, wine glasses, paper towels, utensils, etc. There is a Keurig pot with K-cups, tea cups, and creamers provided. The Keurig also functions as a coffee maker, but please bring your own ground coffee. Guests are also welcome to use a large charcoal grill in the outdoor space (please bring charcoal and lighter fuel) with a large picnic table under the beautiful trees. We provide hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, coffee for the Keurig coffee maker, sugar, sweetener, and creamer for all of our guests. All linens are laundered and sanitized for each new guest. With so much serenity and rustic relaxation at the cabin, you may never want to leave!
