Had a great stay with my family. Outdoor space is wonderful, great furnishings, and property crew took care of any needs quickly and efficiently. Close drive to most everything in Scottsdale area.

Best trip ever

This house was amazing and Bart was an amazing host. He was quick with responses and made our stay smooth and so many memories were made. We could not have asked for a better stay!! I will definitely recommend to others !!

House was clean, well appointed and as described. Two issues prevented it being a 5 rating. One, the front door smart lock failed due to the batteries being dead. They also did not have an emergency physical key. The management company sent a locksmith, but we waited 90 minutes at 10 pm so we were outside until 11:30 PM. The other issue was the dryer vent duct was disconnected. Given the amount of lint behind the dryer, it looked to be disconnected for sometime. I don’t know how the cleaning service could miss that from previous guests. As a result, we ended up not washing clothes as we expected. The house itself was well cared for and located in a well kept neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nicely appointed. Backyard is beautiful and relaxing. The location worked perfect for us as we were in town to see the national parks and Taliesin West.

A Relaxing Retreat!

This is a wonderful home with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing stay in Scottsdale! Great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pool and backyard are fantastic. We had one or two minor issues with a smoke detector and a breaker but the host Bart and his associate Patty were very responsive and quickly resolved! All in all it was a wonderful week with my family and we will definitely be booking it again soon!

Overall it was a good stay. We did have trouble getting into the house. It was 116 degrees and we arrived with groceries and kids in the car after a long flight. It took several hours to get inside the house, as the lock wasn't working and we were stuck in the heat. It wasn't an ideal way to start the trip. My daughter became dehydrated/sick while waiting. It was a rough/HOT start. The property was well kept up and it was a fun place to stay while visiting family and friends.

Relaxing summer vacation

This was a beautiful completely redone and professionally designed home. I would stay here again. Nice home to have friends over for dinner, and then a relaxing swim after, in the beautiful pool. Only negative was I had a hard time getting ahold of the owner, we had to leave early because of a emergency, I tried to let him know but no answer, no text, no email from him, but house was fabulous.

I could go on and on, but this house, location (we'd been to Scottsdale a number of times before, so have familiarity) and working with Bart were all absolutely the best! We had a wonderful time and plan to re-book in 2023.

Buddies Golf Trip

Perfect house for a guys' golf trip. House was well set up and the back yard was very nice for lounging. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Bart as always was a great host.

Great House but Issue with Host

This house is fantastic, 5 stars without question. It was spotless, newly renovated, professionally decorated, and had a nicely stocked kitchen, including cooking basics like salt, pepper, spices, etc. Please note the pool is NOT heated and is appropriately not listed as such on VRBO. In the Scottsdale area, pools are unusable in Oct/Nov (during my stay) w/o being heated, which I was aware of prior to my visit. I had contacted the host 2 TIMES prior to booking the house to assure it COULD be heated. The host indicated it could be heated for an additional cost, no problem (which I paid in advance). At that point, I proceeded with booking the house. My husband and I were in Scottsdale for 8 days visiting my nephew at ASU. We don't golf and planned a relaxing, non-eventful visit and wanted to include several pool days on our itinerary. It was a treat for us to be able to have the use of the pool. I had considered staying at a resort versus renting a house but I justified the cost of renting the house (at roughly the same cost as staying at a nice resort) because the amenity we really wanted was a heated pool. Having a private pool at the house was the cherry on top. When I didn't receive access instructions approximately 24 hours prior to our arrival as VRBO indicated I should, I reached out to the host. I didn't receive a reply until I was on the flight the next day. Upon landing, the host told me via VRBO message (not even a phone call) the pool could NOT be heated because the gas line was never hooked up to the heater. He indicated the gas company never came out to hook it up. He apologized and offered another house as an option for us that had a heated pool and was of similar quality, however, it wasn't available for the last two nights of our stay so we would have had to find alternate arrangements. Needless to say, I was very upset the host did not proactively communicate the possibility the pool would not be heated until we arrived in Arizona and started our vacation. We spent the first few hours of our vacation looking online for alternate lodging. We then agreed to keep the original house we booked because we didn't want to waste any more time looking for and booking other lodging and I was beyond frustrated at that point. I feel the lack of proactive communication was purposeful so we didn't cancel the reservation. It was unprofessional, inconsiderate & significantly derailed our plans. 0 star rating for host. BEWARE

Wonderful Home

The place was awesome...my only complaint was there were no instructions for anything...like TV or Garbage night...when does the pool guy come...(we just got walked in on)...no biggie..plus someone came to fix a sliding door...we had no idea. I think you should be told these things, so you are not surprised. It's a stunning home and we really loved it. I know it's a newer listing on VRBO so hopefully they address the issues I listed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat...Thanks
