An updated 1,344 square foot, 3 bedroom, 1 bath mid-century gem that comfortably sleeps 6 guest. A spacious and fully equipped kitchen is sure to become the heart of your home away from home. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. The comfy and inviting living room allow ample space for all your guest to relax after a day of exploring the nearby beaches, shops, restaurants, museums, and breweries. A rocking chair speckled front porch becomes the perfect setting to peacefully take in the blowing fields and sunset views of the adjacent lot's original farmhouse. Nestled in a small clearing between the barns and ornamental trees, enjoy the fire ring and star gaze well outside the city lights. The large yard is perfect for families and outdoor play. Situated on the front side of a 66+ acre parcel on 4 acres of cleared space, along with the original farmhouse and farm buildings. Enjoy the entire home with plenty of space for parking. The original farmhouse sits in front of this home, but is unoccupied.

Owners will have access to the garage and sheds on the property. This property has several acres that are actively being farmed. Please respect our property.
We are pet friendly, limited to TWO dog's max with a non-refundable pet fee of $60.00. If you are bringing a pet, it must be communicated prior to booking. No cats. Any pets other than dogs must be approved prior to booking. No exceptions. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must not be left unattended in the home at any time. Pets are NOT to be locked in a room in the house. They must be kenneled if left unattended. Please make sure the yard is cleaned up after your pet, bags provided. ** We welcome dogs that are well behaved, potty trained and non-destructive.

Great country home
Our family of six stayed in the home and it was very comfortable and the house easily accommodated us. Nice country setting away from the busy beach hustle but a quick drive to the beaches. Owner was very friendly and communication was wonderful. House had everything we needed during our stay.

Very private and peaceful.
We had a great time. Several beaches to choose from. Owners were awesome. They had kureg coffee to use and several snacks and even left a very thoughtful card written to us!!! Great stay. Five star...!!! The only advice I would give is that it's cool to read others experience and alot of them give good advice. Other houses have a specific notepad to write owners a note before you check our and give your opinions on and that's the only thing that was different than other vrbos we have rented. I think it's really cool to have. But thanks to the owners for your thoughtfulness. It goes a long way.

This property was purchased by the previous owners in 1951. The front farmhouse was the original home. They later build this house in 1978. We purchased this home in 2019. We are delighted to own this unique property and continue with the tradition of farming Corn and Soy Beans on more than 20+ of the 66 acres.
