Stunning waterfront lake-house nestled in a quiet gated community with 300 feet of shoreline on approx 2 acres, Offering ample space for friends and family, this beautiful Mediterranean-style villa offers a great escape for a family getaway or just a weekend out of the city. You will love all of the amenities this property has to offer.

Property includes 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with over 4,000 sq ft of indoor living space and over 1,000 sq ft of additional covered outdoor space including an outdoor kitchen and a deck that spans the full length of the property.

First level includes a huge eat-in kitchen overlooking the living room which offers panoramic views of the lake. First level also includes a dining room, formal sitting and four bedrooms all with private connecting full baths including two master bedrooms that offer beautiful lake views.

Upper level includes Kids bunk room with bunkbed and trundle sleeping 3 kids and game-room with a queen pullout couch, full bath and expansive balcony with hammock and table.

Private dock, boat house, Firepit, ping-pong table and pop-o-shot in garage, lots of yard to spread out and an amazing lake makes this a perfect getaway! Grab your fishing poles and get ready to enjoy the beauty of Richland Chambers Lake.

Lakehouse

This was an excellent stay to view totality of the April 8, 2024 eclipse. The kids loved fishing and everyone had a great time. Will use this place again in the future.

Nice weekend getaway

Great house and property, very spacious and well-appointed. We spent most of our time down at the dock and in the water though. Hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would definitely come back.

4 adult couples spent 6 days 5 nights for a nephews wedding. Impressed. Very comfortable and spacious. Very well stocked. Beautiful decor. Due to location the Outdoor area should be clean before each rental.

2024 Family Vacation! 😎☀️

Great family vacation with kids and grandkids! The house and property were just as beautiful as the pictures, even more so in person. Very well stocked kitchen; plenty of towels for everyone versus many rentals we’ve stayed in before. The grandkids loved all the game options in the garage as well as the tree swings. Whole family enjoyed fishing off the dock. Appreciated having the lily pad to use in the water. When we had a quick question during our stay the owners were very quick to respond. We will definitely keep this one in mind for future family trips! 🌟

Wonderful Property

The space allowed 3 couples to have a quiet place with their own bathroom. Then there were two areas for the kids, with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and equipment. Multiple outdoor eating areas were available. Be prepared to clean those, because it is outside. The family loved the dock, swimming, and lillypad. The host responded quickly to messages. We made sweet memories and would highly recommend this property! Thank you for being great hosts.

Great family vacation house

My family absolutely loved our stay here! The 5 bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms was a life saver for this trip! We had 7 adults, 1 teenager & 3 kids and everyone had their own space to retreat to. And no waiting for a shower!! The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of space for everyone to eat together. And of course the backyard and boat dock were the highlights. The adults loved fishing off the dock and caught quite a few fish. The kids had so much space to run around outside. The hosts were very kind, quick to respond and super helpful when we had questions. One night we had some bad weather and they even sent us a message to warn us. Just a perfect stay!

Nice Rental

The home was lovely and spacious, perfect for the kids to run around in. The yard with swings and the fishing dock were also a big hit with the kids. The adults also managed to catch several fish from the dock. While I know spiders and wasps are a part of lake life, it was apparent that the home and dock had not been wiped in quite some time, keeping us dealing with the pests inside and out. Just a note - the water sprinkler line appears broken at the dock.

Relaxing Stay

We loved this house! Each bedroom has it's own bath, which we loved. Huge kitchen was nice, when you have a lot of people your not stumbling over each other. The dock was our hang out, we brought our boat, they have a lily pad you can play on and we went fishing caught some catfish. They had corn hole and ping pong table to play with it. We were never bored, but it was nice to slip away and take a nap. This is definitely on our return list. Todd was great, with a small issue we had but he was quick to respond and fix it.

Relaxing weekend with close friends and family

This is a great spot to chill for a weekend by/on the lake. The yard is fantastic for outdoor games like cornhole, frisbee, or spikeball. Sunset grilling on the patio capped off some great afternoons

Great Lake house

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was outfitted with everything you could need in the kitchen, had plenty of outdoor space, and nice views of the lake. Only small hiccup was that the WiFi was very spotty which made it hard for one member of our group to join their remote work meetings, and also meant that the streaming services on tv were slow/intermittent. Overall a great stay.

Fantastic Home with Great Views and Hosts

This home is exceptionally comfortable, has wonderful views, and kept all of the kids and adults entertained the whole time. The house had everything we needed to have a great time. Luxurious and fun, we highly recommend this awesome get-away. The hosts are also really nice!

Great Lake House

We had a great time staying at this property. We were a group of three families with kids in the age group of 7-12. This house had something for everyone. Lake access was great and even though the water was choppy the days we stayed we had a great time fishing and just hanging out by the lake. The community is quite and not too far from Kerens and Corsicana. Highly recommend this place

Fantastic Property!

My family stayed here for a long weekend away from the city and enjoyed every minute. The property is everything the pictures show and more, and the location could not be better - on a quiet part of the lake that is perfect for swimming. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had a memorable stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and only hope we can stay for longer next time!
