The Lakeland house is a lake house on a 12.5-acre estate with 600+ feet of shoreline and a private boat dock on Richland Chambers Lake located in Corsicana, Texas. Bring your whole family to this lake side estate with lots of room for fun and memorable get-togethers. This expansive lake house provides a unique place for social gathering with friends & family including a variety of activities like Kayaking, Fishing, Stargazing, and much more. This house is a nature and/or lake lovers paradise.

Wake at the Lake: Imagine waking up lake side to the calm, rural setting with birds chirping on a lushly treed 12 acre lot, with an expansive view of the water. This private paradise in Richland Chambers offers an unforgettable experience for those seeking tranquility, space to stretch out, lake activities and contact with nature.

Upper-Level Living/Dining/Kitchen Area: The upper level living area is outfitted with a smart TV, sofa set, dining table set, fully updated kitchen and this entire area has a expansive view of the beautiful lake. The fully updated kitchen showcases state of the art appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave) along with utensils and cookware for preparing delicious meals.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master suite is spacious with a private, luxurious loft-level configuration. It comes equipped with a king-size bed, private balcony overlooking the expansive water, private closet area and attached bathroom with stand shower plus a bath tub. 2 of the bedrooms are mid-level and also have king-size beds, with attached closets and a shared bathroom. The 4th bedroom is on the lower-level, has 4 full size bunk beds and an attached bathroom.

Game Room/Lower-Level Living Area: The game room is on the lower-level, has a TV, mini-fridge, pool table along with a seating area for other games and hanging out. The 2nd living room on the lower-level has a seating area with a sofa bed. Overall, there are 2 full-size refrigerators(kitchen and lower-level), a mini-fridge(game room) and washer/dryer(utility space).

Multi-Level Outdoor/Deck Spaces: There are two spacious deck areas. The lower-level deck has ample seating space to lounge and stretch out. The massive upper-level deck has an outdoor table that seats 8-10 people. This deck also has a heavy duty stainless steel gas grill and a Masterbilt wood-chip electric smoker for chefs and food lovers to use.

Private Boat Dock: This lake house has a large private boat dock with ample space for guests to lounge, fish and enjoy water/lake activities. The property has 2 Jet Ski's and a Pontoon boat docked here. The 2 Jet Ski’s and Pontoon boat are not included with the house rental. Interested guests can request information regarding rental.

Boat Launch: Guests can also launch their boat(s) from the public boat ramp that is very close to this lake house.
