Kamaoele Sands,

VUE SUR L'OCÉAN - Le condominium est situé au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment 10 (l'une des unités les plus proches de la plage du bâtiment 10), juste en face de la plage de Kamaole III (l'une des plages de sable les plus célèbres de Maui), ce condo est idéalement situé pour nager , plongée en apnée sensationnelle, plongée sous-marine, observation des baleines (mois d'hiver), des kilomètres de plages de sable doré pour se promener et des vues exceptionnelles sur le coucher du soleil.

Profitez de la vue sur l'océan depuis votre véranda. Cette unité a également une vue directe sur la fontaine située sur le terrain de la propriété et une grande zone paysagère (ceinture verte) directement à l'extérieur de l'unité pour des activités de plein air ou tout simplement profiter de la brise fraîche de l'océan.

Les installations comprennent deux jacuzzis, une grande piscine avec des chaises longues / inclinables, une piscine pour enfants, une pataugeoire, quatre courts de tennis réglementaires, huit doubles grils à gaz (barbecue), un restaurant au bord de la piscine et un centre d'activités sur place. Le complexe dispose d'un personnel de gestion et de soutien professionnel sur place.

Cette unité mise à jour est entièrement autonome avec climatisation, deux salles de bain complètes, cuisine complète, laveuse et sécheuse, et grande véranda confortable avec mobilier de salon.

Vous êtes à distance de marche des commerces, de la gastronomie et à une courte distance des terrains de golf de Wailea.

This is our second stay at Kamaole Sands and our first in this unit. The view from the lanai was wonderful and we love how close we were to the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay!! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach. Having all the beach chairs and gear provided was such a bonus. The AC was a little noisy, but it actually worked in our favor by drowning out any other sounds. We loved the spacious lanai and enjoyed our morning coffee out there every day while watching whales, which was incredible. We would absolutely stay here again.

Paradise

This was our third time staying in the same condo. The view from lanai is beautiful. We loved waking up early to enjoy coffee while taking in the stunning ocean view. The location is perfect - close to everything you need. Be sure to catch the sunset every evening; it’s absolutely beautiful.

Wonderful beach for snorkeling a few steps away

Great access to beach, lots of turtles and fish to snorkel with! Some activities at the property like hula dance on Wednesday and Whale talks on Friday. Lots of good places to eat and hike.Property was well stocked, clean and spacious!

First time at Maui

This stay was so great. It had some great places for shopping and eating that were walking distance. The accommodations were great, I wish we had stayed longer to be able to enjoy some more of them.

Wonderful vacation!

This place is very conveniently located across from Kamaole 3 which is a great breach to catch some sun and waves. Easy access to the walking path where we saw a turtle resting our first day. Great amenities including a well stocked kitchen and newer beach chairs. The large lanai was great for breakfast or an evening drink. Its within easy walking distance to many great restaurants.

Great Location!

Great location in Kamaole Sands with a view of the ocean from the lanai. I'm sure we spent more daylight hours sitting on the lanai than inside! Kam 3 beach is right across the road and all of the Kihei / Wailea beaches are only a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and size!

This property was perfect for our family of 5! The location can’t be beat and the lanai was perfect for accommodating our family of 5. We spent tons of time enjoying the breeze on the lanai while our kids played on the lawn. The condo was a great size and well equipped with comfortable beds and other nice amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!

The posting is accurate. Location of unit is very convenient access to beach and also the assigned parking spot is right by the unit and entrance/exit gate. Watching sunsets from the Lanai is so enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Stay

We have stayed in this condo a number of times. We love the location and the grounds. As some have said, there could be some updating, but the owners reflect that in their nightly rate for the condo. As far as value, it's quite good. If you're looking for a unit that has been completely remodeled and has all new stuff, you will pay the price.This place is a good value in a great location in a very nice complex.

It is difficult to plan massive updates given the costs on Maui (remotely). The current governmental proposals to phase out STR's will also impact renovations substantially. Nobody wants to drop 50K or so on a unit in a rapidly falling value market. Our condo is the best value in the complex given the location. Total renovation would push it well above what the market would bear given current conditions.

Spacious and Great Lanai

Great value for the location. Some issues with people parking in our designated spot and maintenance walking in while we were there, BUT, that is more on the property management, than the unit itself. They did deal with the parking issues fairly swiftly. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location

Property was nice and well kept. Condo is in need of an update and cleanliness could be better, otherwise well equipped and met our needs.

The front desk is in charge of cleaning the condo. The condo has been updated over the years. If we update it completely than we would be forced to raise the rates by 50% given the prime location. We offer one of the lowest price units in the complex given the location.

Perfect Location

I loved my stay here, the location is absolutely perfect. Walking 2 mins to the beach and 20 seconds to your parking spot. View from lanai is gorgeous. My friend stayed for a few nights and found the pullout comfy. Communication was prompt and it’s nice having a hybrid rental setting with the front desk always being open. I’ll happily stay here again!

Amazing!

We stayed over Christmas and had the most wonderful time. The unit has everything you need, with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. Our kids enjoyed the large field in front of the huge lanai. They provided chairs, boogie boards and various beach toys so we needed nothing. The whole property is beautiful and quiet. We stayed at 4 other condos here and this is by far our favourite! We will be back!!!!
