Right across from Kamaole Beach. Everything you need in the unit both for living in the unit and to take with you to the beach. Pool and grills for BBQ'ing. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The owner (Bob) was wonderful to deal with. Both bed & couch were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped for all your needs. We loved spending time on the large lanai. We'll definitely rent this condo again.

Great Location!

My family of 4 had a wonderful vacation in Maui while staying at Kamaole Sands. The suite had everything we needed, including lots of beach toys for our kids (and us) to enjoy. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed worked well enough for our 2 young kids. Just a quick walk to Kamaole III beach, and also walking distance to shops and restaurants. When we had an issue with the phones and wifi the owners were quick to respond. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The property is protected and maintain by the nicest people. The unit was equipped with all the things we needed. First floor was a plus and we didn't have to walk too far since the mentioned parking spot was not available due to construction.

Christmas Break in Maui

This condo is amazing! I highly recommend it. It is SUPER clean and has everything you need; even beach chairs and boogie boards!!! There was a little hiccup checking in, but the property manager was available right away by phone to sort it out. The location is perfect-five minute walk to the beach.

Well appointed, updated unit in a great complex right across the street from the beach. The hosts have really tried to make you feel at home and we were impressed with the kitchen and kitchenware as we like to cook. The grounds are a tropical oasis. Would definitely recommend

Great location and great host.

Beautiful location, roght next to the beach. Private back lani, right by the bbq. We were there just recently when all the fires were happening. Actually lost our vehicle and ID's in the Lahaina fire. Bob was the nicest person I've never met. I Would definitely recommend this location.

My Happy Place

We really enjoyed our stay. This was the first time we stayed at Kamaole Sands and it is the best place we have stayed in Kihei. Condo is exactly as advertised and had all the amenities we need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and the beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella was appreciated. We also tried pickle ball. The bed is comfortable and there is sufficient beach towels. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Great condo!

This is our 6th time staying at Kamaole Sands, and this is one of the nicest units we have stayed in! The king bed in the Master Bedroom was very comfortable - as was the sofa bed in the living room. There is lots of seating both inside and out, and lots of beach gear (i.e. beach chairs, boogie boards etc) that we really appreciated! Bob was also great to deal with - any questions I had for him, he responded quickly!

Perfect stay!

The property was exactly as advertised. Spacious, bed was very comfortable, appreciated the high top table in the living room, amd a comfortable couch. The unit as a whole was clean and comfortable! Of course totally accessible to the beach and the pool is always a treat especially now that they have gone to a salt water mixture instead of chlorine. Overall a lovely stay and would most definitely stay in this unit again! Much appreciated! Mahalo

Beautiful place - Great location!

We planned our trip to Hawaii 10 months in advance, for our honeymoon...our original place cancelled a few days before we were to arrive. I found this condo in Kehei not knowing anything about the island, we totally lucked out!! The condo has everything you could want or need! The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms are elegant and offer everything you would need to feel at home. Being on the ground level was nice for sitting on the lanai and coming and going, no steps or elevator. The property and grounds were kept clean and we never had an issue with noise or neighbors. Owners were very responsive and extremely accommodating to us, thank you, meant so much to us being our first time to Maui!

Kiehi Dream

It was the first time my new husband and his daughter have been to Hawaii. I was excited to show them as much of the island as I could in 5 days. Only complaints - 1) AC was not working while we were there. (But we were able to use the fans provided), 2) Sheets and pillow cases in the bedroom were not clean the first night, 3) We had arranged for the sofa bed to be made up prior to arrival, and it was not done. Would stay here again?? Yes 3)

overall, really great stay

Great location in Kihei. 3 minute walk from beach, and owners let you use their snorkels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Everything was clean and updated. On the first floor so no stairs or elevator. The resort complex has many amenities and parking was easy. The only negative was the mattress. It is really worn out and uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch while my husband slept on the less worn, center of the bed. Everything else about the rental was wonderful.

Anniversary/Birthday Celebration.

Beautiful property. Located within minutes of the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. Owners had the property stalked with all the amenities needed. Nice to come back to a comfortable place after an outing, very quiet complex, at least during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Maui. We were not able to take advantage of the pool area, not enough time but it seemed nice, very clean and well maintained. Now to the only few bad things about the property. Not enough washcloths, my particular issue and parking is just a bit away from where you're staying but at least there is a space for you to park. Again, we enjoyed our stay and glad we booked this property.

Maui has my heart!

This property was perfect. Loved the location, close to everything. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler came in handy when going to the beach. Robert was pleasant to talk to and even responded quickly when we thought we left the coffee pot on. Many thanks for our first trip to Hawaii, we will be back!

We chose South Kihei as it is the warmest, sunniest & calmest area of this tropical paradise - the Island of Maui. The many beautiful Kihei beaches are the best "lifeguarded" beaches in all of Hawaii - great for families! If you're looking for a secluded beach, you don't have to look far!!

We love that we can walk across the street to 2 gorgeous beaches. Relaxing out on our LARGE, private lanai is such a bonus for this unit. Really, there are so many amazing things about our condo - it is simply the greatest home away from home while on Maui! There are many fabulous restaurants to choose from in Kihei & Wailea but if you also love to cook, check out the incredibly equipped kitchen! Hope you love it as much as we do!
