One bedroom, full bathroom, large living area with full kitchen and living room w/pull out couch. You will find all the essentials have been provided. Very comfortable overlooking Paugus Bay of Lake Winnipesaukee. Restaurants, stores, entertainment is all close by! Enjoy New Hampshire in any of the four seasons in comfort. Enjoy Weirs Beach in the summer, and Gunstock Ski Area in the winter. Come back to enjoy the pool for all guests. This is the place to be, all year round.

The location was excellent and very close to stores and the Bank of New Hampshire pavilion. It was also nice that there was a bar and restaurant on the main level, along with some other businesses. We were able to catch some views of the lake from our balcony as well!

Clean, well taken care of. We spent our time out having a great time around Gilford. Location was great close to everything. Weather did not allow us to use the pool, it was to cold out. We did not use kitchen but everything was there if we needed to use. I definitely will be traveling back to this location for summer. Communication with the host was excellent.

Lovely condo in a nice area of Gilford. Comfortable living room and very comfy bed. We loved the pool. Bonnie was easy to communicate with and was very helpful.

We had a great time in the Lakes Region. We knew we weren’t going to be at the place too much as we had a lot planned every day, but it was a perfect place to come back to at night. Bonnie was easy to reach as well.

The condo was located close to a lot of restaurants and other “things to do”. Very easy to get to and the host communicated well on how to access the property as well as updated us on how to gain access to the internet if we had issues.
