This house was built from the ground up to create the perfect golf trip to accomodate several foursomes with everything that is important for your visit to the Pines from golf games, table games, or lounging. Maximize every minute of your next vacation on and off the course. Included is a fully heated/cooled space with a Simulator, Gameroom & Loft. Enjoy a closest to the pin challenge or add some rain insurance in case you need to wait out some weather and still want to get a round in!

The Bogey Bunks sits on 1.9 private acres with no HOA, is equipped with 2 Game rooms, 5 Bedrooms hosting 14 Beds, 3 Full Bathrooms, a Kitchen stocked for 20, and indoor and outdoor dining opportunities.

House is conveniently located near downtown Southern Pines. House was very clean, well-stocked and the entertainment in the house was fantastic. Having a SIM and Ping Pong table were clutch. Chris was a fantastic host and I called him because I forgot to lock the door and he was able to lock it remotely. Don't look past this house its the perfect one for a golf trip!

The house was perfect for our golf trip. Very comfortable and plenty of room. Garage and back patio was exceptional. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Golf Getaway

Chris' place was perfect for our annual golf trip. This was a perfect home base for the four of us. Plenty of space, good technology, clean and comfortable. Great table-tennis setup too!

Great house to host many guests

The house was perfect for a golf weekend. The golf simulator, pool table and tv’s in every room made it very fun to be at the house after a golf round. The house was very clean and each room had at least two beds to accommodate many guests. Would love to stay at this house again.

This is perfect for a golf outing/business gathering. Despite rain and being unable to enjoy the outside fire pit and putting green, our clients had a great time with the amenities of this property. Nothing but compliments.

This place was amazing for our golf trip. It is so close to all the main courses in the Southern Pines area and just a short drive over to Pinehurst where we spent time as well. The house and garage are truly set up perfectly for a large group and allowed us all to have an amazing time while visiting the area. With 12 guys it is hard to find a place we all would fit and the fact that everyone had their own beds and were comfortable is pretty unique. If we make it back we will certainly stay here again! Thank you for making our trip great!

Amazing Golf Vacation!

Just a fantastic golf vacation all around. The photos do not do it justice of how fun this house was for our group of guys when we were bouncing around between the golf courses. Simulator and poker table are a perfect addition to our late nights and the coffee bar options made a nice addition to get us back on our feet in the morning

Great stay and location

Chris was very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Location was great for golf and going into Southern Pines for breakfast/dinner. Would highly recommend staying here. Lots of parking. The golf simulator was great even though it took us a bit to get used to. The fire pit was used every night and there was plenty of wood available.

Amazing

I was looking for a last minute property to accommodate me and my family of about 30 for a 4th of July gathering and this place was absolutely perfect! So many things for me and my family to do and with the rain that we got it was nice to have so many amenities on the inside! Chris was very flexible and allowed me to check in early to prep for my guests’ arrival and his response time was great! The property was as described and my family could not stop talking about how great of a choice this was. I will definitely be booking here again! Thank you so much!
