Welcome to the Penn State Unrivaled stay. We are located 10 minutes from the stadium on the West side of State College. Great night stay for 4 guests. Brand new kitchen, Queen bedroom (Bed 1), couch, Sofa Queen Sleeper (Bed 2), bathroom. Basement of an existing home. Family will be staying upstairs while you stay.

100/10I am not sure where to start other than this place was amazing! The details: it is a spacious basement apartment that is fully furnished and immaculate. Everything has been thought of and the location is great. The decor is beautiful and you really want to snuggle in. Things to know, you have steep steps to get down into the apartment but it is well lit and has a hand rail. There is one bedroom (I read a previous review) BUT a huge sectional and futon bed. Lots of space for plenty! Brian and his family are wonderful hosts and take the time to make you feel safe, comfortable and beyond welcomed. We loved our stay!

Great Experience!

We had a great experience staying here for the Luke Combs concert! Everything was so clean, and we loved all the decorations! Check in was seamless, we will definitely look to stay here again for a football game in the future!

PSU luxury Weekend

We had a perfect weekend at PSU. Thank you to Brian and Jess for opening up their home. The accommodations were safe, clean and luxurious and just a little over ten minutes from campus Highly recommend this property!

PSU football weekend

This was a perfect place for us to stay for a weekend visit with our son at PSU. We weren’t there much because of Homecoming activities and an all day tailgate/football Saturday, but it was an easy trip back and forth to campus. Brian was a great host with good communications about our stay, and the place was nicely decorated for PSU fans. Highly recommend!

Game Day Experience

This property was great, the host was awesome, my family loved the accommodation's. Was clean and comfortable, I would suggest this option for any game day weekend, or for any reason visiting the State College area. The host was the best to work with and make sure we had a great experience in all the times I have used VRBO. I couldn't give a stronger recommendation to stay at this location.

Albeit the accommodations were apparently newly renovated, very clean and well-equipped; nevertheless, the unit was clearly advertised as "2 Bedrooms" , which it was NOT. The so-called "second bedroom" was no more than a mattress on the floor in an open space adjacent to the kitchen. Accordingly, this (overpriced) "2 bedroom" was misleading in the owner's posted narrative of the unit and was embarrassing for us in light of having invited guests for our stay having to sleep there. To perpetuate this lack of candor, it is apparent that the online photos of the unit were taken and posted at an angle that purposely "hid" from view the bed on the floor as the "second bedroom". As consideration for future tenants, the owner needs to "come clean" on his "2 Bedroom " proclamation. Other than that one issue (which is HUGE IMO,), the unit was quite nice.
