Nice spacious apartment for the city. It was not cleaned well especially the toilets and showers—attention to detail was lacking. The location was great to get to downtown and tons of places that you can walk to. The complex itself was also nice as it has a pool and pool tables. Most convenient was a free coffee maker that made every kind of coffee drink for free! It is next to a train track that made a lot of noise Overall we had a good experience.

Overall the place was not that clean and needed some maint. The floors were dusty and the one bathroom had hair on the floor and mold in the toliet rim. In addition we did not have hand soap, dishwasher soap, a pump for the air mattress and no shower curtain in one bathroom. I texted the owner about the missing soap, low battery on the remote and the burnt out bulb in the frig and they were going to come over but did not show so I stopped texting them. Overall , we loved the location , the great guide,and having a parking space but would have liked a cleaner space and a few more tools in the kitchen.

This was the best location! Walking distance to many nice shops and restaurants! We loved being away from the craziness of Broadway but an easy uber ride if we did want to head into the madness! Loved the gulch area and would stay here again for sure!

We did an extended stay in this unit and really enjoyed our time. The location is wonderful and the secure parking was very nice. The unit was quiet and comfortable. We loved the mattress on the king sized bed. Having the gym right across the hall was a nice bonus. We would be happy to stay there again when we come back.

Great location, 6 blocks to Broadway with other bars and restaurants within the Gultch. The condo had everything we needed. Would recommend this place to others.

Fabulous location - everything was very walkable. The home itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed (and more). My only criticism, and it's a small one, was the noise. Outside noise and noise from the properties above were a little much at times. But that's the trade off with being smack dab in the middle of a cool city.

Stayed for one week in April, received comprehensive details from the host on how to enter the building and apartment, which at first look quite complicated but in actual fact were detailed and quite easy to follow. Apartment was ideally located within easy reach of local shops and restaurants and an easy 20 minute walk to Broadway. The apartment was well equipped and has everything needed it was clean and generally in good condition. We loved the Gulch area and preferred this to Downtown or Broadway, would definitely recommend this apartment as a good base to explore the city.

Cool location…walkable to Broadway, but far enough away to get some quiet. Lots of food nearby, onsite gym is super nice, and the pool looks great too

Thebhbut we stayed in was great! The train is a little noisy but you get used to it. Walking distance to nearly everything, we would definitely stay again.
