UN MILLE DU CENTRE-VILLE BROADWAY! Situé entre la belle Germantown et le centre-ville de Nashville, ce charmant condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est un covoiturage à bon marché des meilleures attractions de Nashville. Le condo est à quelques minutes du stade Nissan, de la Bridgestone Arena, de l'Amphithéùtre Ascend et de l'Auditorium Ryman. C'est vraiment un emplacement privilégié pour l'expérience de Nashville.

AccÚs invité
-Les clients auront un accÚs complet à l'ensemble du condo. 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complÚtes, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et un salon avec canapé-lit queen-size. Une place de parking est autorisée par location dans le parking. Des cartes de stationnement sont fournies à l'arrivée. Un seul permis sera fourni, il n'y a pas de places supplémentaires et il n'y a pas d'exceptions. Veuillez planifier en conséquence. Un ascenseur est sur place et deux cages d'escalier sont fournies. Un code d'ascenseur et un code d'entrée sans clé vous seront fournis 2 jours avant votre arrivée.

The property was perfect for our needs. My husband and I were there to attend a football game with my son and daughter in-law and her father. There was enough room for us all and the walk was perfect to the stadium and downtown. I own a cleaning business and I have to say this is one of the cleanest places I've stayed in that my team didn't clean . We had a last min issue with needing to accommodate our pup, and the hosts was more than happy to help. Very appreciated or else we would have had to rent another property and not been able to stay with our adult kids and enjoy our time. The beds were so comfy! My son who is a supervisor of our business, and manages Alot of properties said he would definitely be booking this place again when he comes back in a few months!

This condo was clean and in a decent area within a 15-20 walk to the Broadway area. The paking garage was great and I really luked the security of access codes to enter the elevator and unit. We would stay here again for a future trip.

Great condo in a great location! The unit was clean and well furnished. The location was perfect for all the things in Nashville. Some of the reviews indicated the train was an issue. We had no issues with the train. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The apartment was clean and bright. Loved that you had actual soap not a fan of liquid soap. Two negatives, no kettle to boil water for tea and the rules on the apartment were slightly different which was amusing. Also the shower curtain in one bedroom is the wrong way around I believe. Other than that it was a good stay. Thank you.

Overall a good stay. We did not have a car so we did a LOT of walking and ubering. There are a couple of places nearby that don't necessarily come up on Google - a breakfast spot and a beer/liquor store that are the 2 closest places. It's a 18 minute walk to Broadway where the action is. 14 minutes to Puckett's - a place with food and music that we found to be the closest area with lots going on. The train woke us up one out of 3 nights so not bad, but the people above! Man, they went to sleep after midnight every night sounding like elephants. There are 4 floors and this condo on 3. The balcony has potential to be a chill spot.Kitchen has everything we needed to cook. The condo was clean when we arrived. The building is safe.

Concert getaway

Spacious, quiet, and clean condo close to downtown Nashville. Did not have to pay for parking and was able to park in a space below the condo.Very impressed by the property manager’s responsiveness—needed to stay an additional night due to a concert that was rescheduled. I contacted her through the Vrbo app. She responded in less than 5 minutes and confirmed that we could stay another night. Very appreciative of her quick response and ease of adjusting our stay.Would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

Close to broadway

This was a great location and perfect for our stay. Only thing is the walls are thin and a couple nights the neighbors were up all night. But they weren’t there our entire trip and the rest of the time it was great. So it could be hit or miss at being quiet just depending on the neighbors. Overall we loved it and would stay again.

Great location for downtown and farmers market

Loved the protected parking garage and security to get into the building. Appreciate the heads up about the train, but actually we enjoyed the ambiance it created for us. We walked everywhere! A few more kitchen linens would have been handy.
