Just walk across the street to the beach! This spacious 6 bedroom Ocean View home has 4 full bath, 2 ocean facing balconies, outdoor shower, elevator, and open-concept living/kitchen/dining area. Enjoy this beautifully furnished, professionally cleaned, family friendly beach escape. Come ready to enjoy your vacation with all bedding, sheets, towels included. The home is just a block from restaurants, fishing at the Pier, & the Oceanfront Park!

This gorgeous home is the perfect location for you to enjoy all the Kure Beach has to offer - located right across the street from the beach, with ocean views, and beach access just steps away.

The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and has a breakfast bar making it an open concept with the living room/dining room. Includes numerous utensils & kitchenware, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker, Keurig, and several bar tools to make all your favorite craft cocktails.

In the living area, Relax! Kick back and enjoy a 75 inch 4K Smart TV with surround sound making movie night with the family an experience. The entertainment system also has a Bluetooth connector for superior sounding music while entertaining from your mobile device. The sound from this system will blow you away.


The Unit sleeps 14 comfortably.

Bedroom 1: Master with King Bed, Private Bath, Private access Ocean View balcony. Located on the 3rd floor.
Bedroom 2: King Bed, Located on the 2nd floor.
Bedroom 3: King Bed, Located on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Located on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 5: Queen Bed, Located on the 3rd floor.
Bedroom 6: Twin over Full bunk bed, pullout trundle bed. Located on the 3rd floor.

All bedrooms are equipped with smart tv's for streaming and Spectrum cable package. The bunkbed room also features a PlayStation gaming console.
Oversized washer and dryer are available. All linens/sheets for the bedrooms are included in the cleaning fee.
To make your stay more enjoyable, the house is secured with a keypad lock. No worrying about who has the key! There's also a beach cart with several beach items provided to make for an even easier walk over to the beach and back. And of course there's an outdoor shower for when you get home.

No Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free
environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

When you rent, you're renting the whole house. Note - this house is half of a duplex, and each side is 6br 4ba. So you'll have the entire house - one side - to yourself with free parking for up to 6 cars. Door-lock code will be provided for self check-in & easy access without having to deal with keys while at the beach.

Cleaning fee includes a linen service providing sheets and towels.

Perfect Vacation!

Check in was very easy. Everything was great. Kids loved the closeness of the pier and arcade. Also, the beach was just a short walk across the street. We had 8 adukts and 7 children for our family vacation. Visited the aquarium for a fun outing and akso Ft Fisher museum. Kids rode their bikes and skateboards to the pier everyday. So much fun being all together in such a nice home.

My 40th Bday Beach Trip

This property was beautiful! It was only steps away from the beach and the property manager stayed in constant communication with me regarding small issues and promptly made things right. This was a great location and plan to return soon. I highly recommend this property and location!

Dream Family Vacation

My family had an amazing time at Wait 'N' Sea! The location was perfect, just a block from the beach, and there are lots of beach supplies available to use. The house is beautiful inside with plenty of room for our large group. The owner was quick to respond and gave great recommendations. Everyone said this was our best family vacation yet!

We stayed here for our annual family vacation -my husband & I along with our 4 adult children, 2 spouses, & 4 grandchildren. Our host was very responsive to our questions. The house was in a great location. It was close to public beach access, a small playground, public restrooms, & the pier. We could walk to several different restaurants & get ice cream at the pier. There are many more options (restaurants & ice cream shops) within a short drive (20 minutes or less). We enjoyed the aquarium and the putt putt course close by. We didn’t take the ferry to Southport but I was told by reliable sources that it’s a fun day trip. If you use Walmart, they deliver. We would definitely try to book again if we were to coming back to Kure Beach.

We had a wonderful stay. This house easily sleeps 13 not counting the sleeper sofa’s. Great open space on the 2nd level for hanging out, cooking and entertaining! Owner was great and quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks Raymond

Even with hurricane Ian, this trio was PERFECT!

This house was everything and more than we could have ever thought of. Every thing was thought of down to the smallest details. We bought a broom because we didn’t see one anywhere. After opening the closet in one of the bedrooms when we were packing to leave discovered the broom and even air mattresses! Again, every detail was thought of. Perfect location to everything. Just the perfect house for the most perfect family get together. Can’t wait til next year!!!

Fun In The Sun

Ray is awesome to work with! We loved the location and spent a bunch of time at the beach. We had fourteen people ranging from infant to mean teens to pregnant with twins to Nana and there was a very comfortable amount of space for all of us. My only recommendations would be new dryer and refrigerator and put a vacuum on every floor. We vacuumed a couple times everyday
.good job for the teens! A regular old hand held broom would have been nice for the patios. Also, the finish on the kitchen table needs to be redone. We are card players and our cards were sticking to the surface of the table. All minor fixes. Would recommend this house to anyone! Would also recommend the Oceanview Restaurant just a couple blocks away; right next to the pier entrance! Excellent place to eat! My favorite black berry beignets and the B.L.E.A.T. Sandwich. Between all of us we had just about everything and everyone was very satisfied! We had a wonderful week!

Perfect location for a family vacation

We had family and friends come from up and down the east coast to visit Kure Beach. The location of the house was perfect and the house was better than described. This is a must rent property if you are visiting Kure Beach!
