This newly renovated home has a full kitchen with all new appliances, two bedrooms, one full bath, and a spacious common area. Centrally located it is close to a variety of interests, this home is perfect for couples or groups of five! Guests will enjoy convenient, keyless entry allowing for easy check in.

I loved my stay in the charming century house! I enjoyed having a full-size gas stove for cooking breakfast and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pans and utensils I needed. The bed and pillows were really comfortable as well.

Very clean and comfortable. Host is quick to respond. Checkin was easy. Nice town in a cute neighborhood. Unfortunately, we had a very brief stay and didn’t have time to take advantage of the area. Would definitely consider staying again if I’m in the area again.

We shopped at the local down town stores. The city has made downtown beautiful with the autumn decorations. We love walking/ running at Freer field that is located half a block from the house.

Very comfortable, tidy home with games, books, a piano, DVD’s and television for entertainment. It is also located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Our stay at the Century House in Ashland was amazing. The hosts Bryan and Jennifer provide excellent service and their house is clean, comfortable and inviting.The hosts have thought of everything and more. The town of Ashland is beautiful and we are so thankful that we found this gem. This is the best rental house we have ever stayed in and if we are in the area again we look forward to visiting again. Thank you Bryan & Jennifer!

So comfortable

The house was very clean which is a must for me. It was decorated very nicely. The couch and beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The place was extremely clean and comfortable. The house used to be smoked in as there was a noticeable old smell of cigarette smoke. Otherwise it was a great place.

Summer family visit

We have family live in Ashland. Great location for small kids. We love walking a lot so it’s close to our family we are visiting and even to downtown (if you really enjoy walking ).

Perfect little house

I honestly hate saying we were there for Miss Ohio week because do not want anyone to poach it from us for next year!House was PERFECT for our needs for the week. Close enough where relative easy drive but far away enough to not be part of the drama.Communication with owner was fantastic - super responsive.Would absolutely stay here again.

simple place convenient to attractions

Had a little trouble getting in but once settled, the home worked very well. My husband and his caregiver did a road trip to visit the Ship state Reformatory while I entertained some women friends for a few days. The place worked well for that.
