It has a open kitchen, living room, and dining room on the main level with easy access to a private deck. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to offer comfort and convenience. The renowned Heritage Golf Course is also a 5-10 minute walk, where you can enjoy watching the greats during the PGA tournament or challenge yourself on the links. This villa is a perfect retreat!

This villa can be rented along with 257 Stoney Creek (a 3-bedroom townhouse next door) to provide a combination of 5 bedrooms and 5.5-bathrooms. Fantastic Condo in Sea Pines!! Very quite and peaceful location and extremely close to the pool. Very easy walk or bike ride to Harbour Town!!! We loved it here and this is our second time staying in Stoney Creek. This condo has everything that you need!!!! Very nicely decorated and very clean! Highly recommend!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!!!! A

4th of July weekend

Clean, spacious condo in a GREAT location. We enjoyed riding bikes to the beach, to Harbour Town, and to Salty Dog. The pool is next to the unit and a perfect stop each afternoon. Quiet area even on a busy holiday weekend. Fun getaway for our family!

From someone who loves Hilton Head and has stayed in Sea Pines many times.

Walking into this property was a delight! It was decorated very tastefully and soooo immaculately clean, it made my heart sing. The kitchen is outfitted very well, and in such an orderly way that I was able to step right in and prepare meals in no time. There were thoughtful touches everywhere that contributed to a very comfortable stay.

Great Place

Loved the location so close to Harbour Town and the Tennis Courts This place is beautifully set up - very "Beachy" feel - Lots of great amenities! Owners thought of everything from furnishings, kitchen and dining - Beds are very comfortable. This place was immaculate - one of the cleanest places in Sea Pines that I have ever stayed. I would return there in a heartbeat. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo!

We stayed for 4 days and it was perfect! Amazing location - super short walk to Harbor Town and all of the shops and restaurants. Very clean, updated and well stocked kitchen. It has everything we needed! Lovely place!
