Welcome to a piece of paradise! Enjoy this 4 bedroom 4 bathroom beautiful home right on the Bay, with your own dock that can accommodate several boats. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets as you relax downstairs in our comfy outdoor furniture. Enjoy fishing, snorkeling and kayaking right off our dock. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and large walk-in closets. A fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room with smart TV. The third floor also has a large smart TV with plenty of seating for the whole family. The house is located 50 yards from Adams cut which is only a few minutes Boat ride to the Atlantic ocean. Enjoy snorkeling and scuba diving in the world famous John Pennykamp state park. There are lots of great restaurants in the area that you can also access by boat.

Great place on Blackwater sound. Danny’s place was clean, well supplied and the setup is very good. Loved the outdoor area and the kayak.

Great place for all things family and friends. So many things to do in this area. House is everything and more than expected. Host was available for all our questions and needs. We will be back.

Beautiful view of the bay

Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean, very well stocked with everything we needed, even fresh flower on the table! Each bedroom has their own bathroom which made it so comfortable for everyone. The views and outdoor area is amazing. We saw so many boats, manatees, dolphins and a stingray right from the dock. We. Would recommend this house and would stay again.

Bayfront Action

We just spent 5 weeks at the house and it was fantastic! The location is just spectacular! Located between the Adams cut and a local canal, the boat traffic was very entertaining. We spent the majority of our time outside, either on the bayfront dock or in the beautiful outdoor living spaces under the house (where the WiFi worked perfectly!). My husband caught many fish from the dock, dolphins came by almost daily and we had a few visits from manatees too.Inside the house, each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom and walk in closet. Cute coastal decor and comfortably appointed. We will be back!

Great experience

This is a nice house. It feels like a real bargain vs. other rentals in the keys. Four ensuite bedrooms (all w/walk-in closets), 3 distinct living areas (w/comfortable seating), very clean, well stocked, mostly quiet 24/7, cute decor and million dollar views from almost every area inside & outside the house. Love that you can be in or out of the sun when outside ANY time of day. Danny is a good host. Checked in with us after arrival and took care of our minimal issues fast.It wasn't a problem for us, but anyone who has a hard time with stairs would really struggle here. They are quite steep, but well lit and have strong handrails. Highly recommend! Bring your boat!

Picture Perfect Paradise

We had an amazing stay in this property. The views were indescribable, the house was amazing and felt like home! The location couldn’t be more convenient. Grandkids are begging to go back. Best vacation ever! The owners were so wonderful -provided lots of helpful information and were available and attentive to any requests! We couldn’t have ask for anything more! Looking forward to returning!
