When you're our guest, your experience is my priority. Upon entering my home, you will be greeted with a welcome book next to the door. This book contains helpful information about the property along with a QR Code to quickly access the Wi-Fi.

The entire house and 2 car garage is yours to enjoy! Upon booking, you will receive a message requesting your email and cell phone numbers which are utilized in setting up access to our smart home. Home systems are intuitive to use, and you can always reach me with any questions.

The first floor contains a sitting area, garage access and a bedroom with a king size bed along with an on suite bathroom.

The second floor is the heart of the house and contains a kitchen with all the utensils one could possibly need to cook a gourmet meal, along with a hearth room and full living room, dining room and powder bath; there are also two fireplaces on this floor. There is a balcony just outside the kitchen which has an electric grill and seating for 2 to enjoy some of the exciting Colorado weather.

The third floor has a laundry room, second bedroom with two twin beds and on suite bathroom along with a master suite with Juliet Balcony and master bathroom which contains a tub and separate shower for those who enjoy a nice relaxing bath.

At my home, you'll have easy access to tons of great shopping and dining, along with the essentials you need. I'm a proactive host and super excited to provide you with all the information you need to have a great visit, whether practical or whimsical. With any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
