Location was perfect. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. We found all kinds of items like used hairbrushes, pony tail ties, food laying around. Also the carpets throughout the home are stained and filthy (need to be replaced) The couch in the basement is all worn and torn. I really think they could do better.

Great stay, in great neighborhood

The house was very clean and great set up. Location was fantastic. Lots of places close by for food and entertainment. 1.5 hours to the mountains, 30 minutes to Denver and airport, and plenty to do in between.

Great place!

Very clean and spacious in a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the train station which helps eliminate a lot of driving in traffic.

Roomy For Large Family

To be honest, this house has lots to do and loads of space upstairs. There is a whole lot of room upstairs and beautiful patio with large table and grill. We were up vising for a graduation from Denver University, this house was far enough away from downtown, but also close enough to make several day trips downtown.

Perfect Stay

We rented this home to visit CO for graduation. Many of us lived in CO before, so we found the location perfect for our group. Our elderly parents could not go up and down stairs, so this home was perfect for us! They could safely stay on the main floor while the younger guests stayed in the basement. The walk-in showers were also a plus for them. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved our evenings on the back porch. The driveway had more than enough space for our cars, and the entire stay was flawless. We even had access to a washer and dryer. This home will be our first choice anytime we are back in CO. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Plenty to see and do nearby!

My family and I traveled to the Denver are for a sporting event and found this home near where our team was staying. It checked all of the boxes for us: plenty of beds and bathrooms, entertainment for two kids, near plenty of restaurants and not far from excursions. On arrival we were happy to have been greeted with cold drinks and snacks that our host provided! My family enjoyed visits to the Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Meow Wolf, the Denver Aquarium and a few state parks. I recommend staying to any family traveling to the Denver area.

Anthony was a GREAT host! Would highly recommend.

Everything was just wonderful. The rooms were spacious & the gameroom in the basement was great for the teenagers. We enjoyed the back patio area in the evening & with 8 people (2 different families) it never felt crowded.

Great House and Thoughful Owner

The house is centrally located in Denver. Very clean, spacious and updated. Would work great for family or friends. Owner is thoughtful with how they have staged house even left a few bottles of water, snacks and coffee. 5 stars all around!

This property is very cozy with great heating for those cold nights and brand new AC for those hot summer days. I love the covered patio in the back! The game room in the basement is great for the whole family and friends.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Property is fairly central which is great but not right in the thick of the city where it's loud and crazy traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and still close enough to Denver and Red Rocks and only a few minutes from The Denver Tech Center.
