***NEW LISTING*** Less than a mile from the water, The Barn is a beautiful, three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage near the white sands and stunning sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district.
This charming, newly renovated cottage has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and is filled with amazing photography and beautiful artwork of the Gulf Coast. The Barn is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family.
Loaded with amenities, you'll find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the comforts of home.
The Barn features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including an oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, Kuerig coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you would rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.
The living room offers a comfortable space to relax on the large sectional sofa in front of a flat-screen Smart TV.
The Primary Bedroom with a King bed and Smart TV is located downstairs and has a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower nearby. Upstairs, you will find two guest bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with two twin beds, both have Smart TVs. There is a full bathroom between the two that features a combination tub/shower and double vanity.
The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, washer & dryer, and an outdoor dining area to relax and cook out on a propane grill and enjoy the Gulf Coast breezes.
Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a four-seat electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost.
***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***
While at The Barn you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy.
