A beautiful, brand new 1 bedroom condo, with luxury furnishings and amenities. Perfect for 2 people or a single traveler. The master bedroom has a luxury king pillow top bed, 4 king pillows and soft cotton sheets. The living room has a comfortable deep cushioned sofa with foot rests, great to watch a movie or simply enjoy conversation. The sofa has addition sleeping with a queen pull out bed.

Also included in the living room is flat screen Smart TV with premium cable, so guests can catch up on their favorite shows or log into their favorite streaming apps.

The kitchen table is the perfect work station to spread out with an amazing view for all you digital nomads or just to catch up on emails. Free extra high-speed internet and WIFI. All the condos’ outlets have all been upgraded with USB ports to charge all your mobile devices and laptops.

The walk out patio has a beautiful view of the central courtyard with lush greenery and a picturesque fountain giving soothing water sounds. On the deck are 2 lounge chairs with foot rests and side tables. Whether you’re relaxing with a glass wine, watching the sun set with a margarita or chilling with your morning coffee, it doesn’t get better than this.

Convenient location in the best and newest neighborhood. 1 block to 5th street and 2 blocks to the beach. Brand new Chedraui Selecto grocery store (Upscale Whole Foods) steps away. Located on 10th and 38th - the most beautiful street in Playa, I’ve nicknamed the “jungle street”. There are so many wonderful restaurants and beach clubs to choose from, all within walking distance.

The Siempre Ipana complex has resort amenities. 5 roof top pools, 3 are heated. (Heated roof pools are rare in Playa, they get cold in winter) 2 restaurant/cocktail bars, one specifically for sports, plenty of loungers for everyone, umbrella service, kids club a massage spa, one of the best gyms I’ve seen in a condo building, friendly front desk security staff and 1 free underground undesignated parking spot.

For your arrival, our local property manager will contact you directly for check in. Her team can also coordinate airport transfers, tours, special occasions, groceries, flowers, etc. Do you need a birthday cake? Bottle of champagne on arrival? No problem. You have a local contact available to support your stay.

Other amenities, Ninja coffee bar, blender, electric garafon water dispenser with hot (for tea) room temp and cold water settings. All in 1 washer/dryer. All new dishes and glassware, microwave, toaster, cookware, and all the utensils you would need to make meals and memories.

The condo is stocked with 1 week of the basics so you can thoroughly enjoy your stay.

The condo, property, and location were perfect for my 4 day stay in PDC. The condo is clean, well appointed, and bed was very comfortable. Everything is within walking distance. For any ladies looking to get a hair cut, color, highlights, or Keratin straightening, I highly recommend Sasha at Sukar Beauty - she's amazing!

Our studio apartment was perfect for my husband and I.

The rooftop pools are amazing, the rooftop bar handy, the doormen were lovely. The bed and apartment was comfortable. The location was walkable and bikable from the busier part of town. Communication with the owner and property manager easy.

Fantastic property

The place was absolutely everything we wanted. Check-in was very easy and communication with property owner was fantastic. Dina was a delight and very responsive. She was always available. Property was very clean and seemed somewhat new. Location was great as we could walk everywhere. Loved the rooftop pools. Everything felt very safe. Also loved having the purified water dispenser. We cannot say enough good things about Dina and the property. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Hi Fernando, you didn't stay at my condo, you were there for 4 hours and sent an email the next day that you found other accommodations. Then you filed a reverse to your credit card. Which was settled back in my favor. Future guests, kindly look at my other reviews for an accurate experience at my condo.

Ipana Condo

This property was extremely clean and cozy, I felt right at home. It felt like we were staying at a cute little resort. I loved that it was only a block away from all the restaurants and shops. The host is very friendly and answered any of my questions or concerns right away. The only issue we had during our stay was the AC not working the first night, but was resolved the next day. Also, keep in mind these are new constructions so it gets loud in the early morning. The plus is this unit had a white noise speaker which blocked out much of that noise and we also had the AC running. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I personally loved the vibe in the unit and it's always great when the host takes action right away.

Hi Crystal, Thanks for being one of our very first guests. The unit is pretty quiet. It's in the interior courtyard overlooking the fountain. I added a sound machine because I'm a light sleeper. My spouse and I have pretty much stayed in every condo complex in PDC over the past 12 years. We have our favorites and know the feel of each block and neighborhood. We were under contract for a condo 1 block away when this unit came up for sale. The minute we read "heated pools", we went to look. (The roof pools in PDC get cold in winter) It's a corner unit with the best unobstructed view of the lush green courtyard right over the beautiful fountain. The amenities are outstanding. It was the perfect size for 2 and when we went to the roof. Wow. Beautiful view to the ocean and so many lounge chairs, the pools...it was like were were at a mega resort. We knew it was the one.
