Sleeps 10 has 6 parking spaces, a large deck, dock available for guests, patio furniture, a gas grill, and much more. Close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Amazing secluded and clean beaches with ample beach parking. Indian Rocks Beach is a very welcoming walkable neighborhood for all ages, it is clean and well-groomed. Great service at the local restaurants and public amenities.

There are 6 parking spots at the house. There is a city bus line, trolley, and Uber for transportation. Conveniently located between Clearwater Beach and John's pass. Fly in through Tampa international airport and Saint Petersburg airport.

We had a great time fishing off of the dock in the back yard. We wished the dock was a little bigger. there were fishing supplies for fishing, sand toys for the kids. We loved the open concept of the of the kitchen, dining area and living area.

Great IRB rental!

We had a great week staying at this rental! The view off of the dock is amazing. Overall amazing stay. Only complaint was that it could’ve use a little more cleaning.

Had a wonderful stay. Comfortable, spacious home easily fit our large group (3 adults, 5 kids ages 7-13). We fished off the dock and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space.

Perfect Weekend Away

This property is a great home to stay in with awesome fishing from the dock! We caught more from the dock every time we fished than we did on a paid guided trip! This home is welcoming and the views are incredible.

My family loved staying at this property. The views were amazing and the location was great. We were in a family friendly neighborhood. It was a short 8 minute walk to the beach as well. The owner was quick to respond to any questions that I had. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome vacation

This is one of the nicest properties I have stayed at through VRBO. Also one of the nicest beaches I have visited. The house is tucked away in a very nice residential area and If you have a boat this place is definitely a must. The house has a great dock area to keep your boat in the water that is right off of the ICW but in a protected area from any wake. Nice calm area to hang out during the day but close to Clearwater and John's Pass for going out in the evenings. The property owners are great hosts and we will definitely be back.

Post Orlando relaxation break

Great 3 days relaxation , spotlessly clean and had a great vibe as soon as you entered the property Great views and spent hours watching the wildlife and sunsets which included dolphins 25 metres off the deck. One minor issue with the front door that was sorted within 45 mins of an email to manager Highly recommend Close to all Amenities and 12 mins walk from the beach and restaurants Williams family of 5 from the Uk

Fabulous week!

We had an amazing stay at this property. We were with another couple and all of us thought that this was an ideal vacation rental. The outdoor space is the best - a beautiful deck and dock overlooking a wide bay. We loved seeing dolphins in the morning, and watching all of the bird life. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The layout is perfect for two couples (would easily accommodate more people as well since there are three bedrooms). The location is great too with the beach access very close by. We would love to stay here again.

Workacation with beautiful views

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and had everything to make you feel at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make meals and we particularly liked the coffee pot/Keuig combo unit. Sophia was a fantastic host and quick to respond to our every question or need. Example; first day of check-in the can opener wasn’t working and Sophia had new one over in minutes! When she stopped over she offered a fishing pole so I could try fishing off the dock! The beds were real comfortable and we enjoyed our mornings having coffee on the very comfortable patio furniture as well as cocktails watching the sunset. We are VRBO owners and I can say Sophia has a 5 star place and service and I highly recommend staying here.
