Condo 2 Bdrm à Indian Rocks Beach

Ce condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est situé à Sunset Paradise à Indian Rocks Beach. Bien que l'unité elle-même n'ait pas de vue sur le golfe, elle est située du côté du golfe, vous n'avez donc pas à traverser la rue pour vous rendre à la plage. Cette unité est à seulement quelques pas de la piscine complexe et de l'accès à la plage. Le condo a été récemment rénové, des ventilateurs de plafond, de la literie et des matelas à plateau-coussin aux téléviseurs à écran plat dans les chambres et le salon. Le condo a été peint de haut en bas. La cuisine a de belles armoires, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et bien approvisionnés pour votre séjour. Il y a un bar / salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes pour les repas que vous prévoyez de dîner!

Par courtoisie envers tous nos clients, nous fournissons des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage et un parasol. Tous sont dans l'unité et prêts à être appréciés lors de votre visite. Quelques autres commodités dignes de mention seraient 2 places de parking couvertes / réservées et Internet gratuit.

La piscine et le bain à remous sont bien entretenus et entretenus plusieurs fois par semaine. La terrasse de la piscine a de nombreux sièges et 2 tables à manger avec des parasols. Tous les clients de Sunset Paradise sont invités à utiliser notre piscine et notre espace barbecue.

The view was obstructed as was listed. The complex was right on the beach. Condo was well stocked and clean. Wish there were more bath towels. Really nice beach in front of complex. Walking distance to many good restaurants. The price was inflated due to Spring break. Wish the weather would have been warmer and less windy. But, it was a nice stay with family.

The place was very clean and had more beach stuff than we could use! While the balcony didn't overlook the beach (we knew that when we booked), it was just a short walk through the parking deck and you were on the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had an issue initially with check-in, but I appreciated that the owner was available and immediately took care of it within seconds. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location. The only thing that would have been nice is a few more kitchen paraphernalia that is commonly used daily. Kids loved the beach an d pool.

I happily have added some extra cooking utensils and stirs to make sure there are plenty of serving items when cooking is on the agenda. First time in Indian Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful time. It was just the right amount of busy and laid back. The weather and beach were great. Our condo was perfect for us. No problems with anything.

Indian Rocks 2023 Vacation

Just as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Pool steps from unit and beach was awesome with a 30 second walk from the pool. Perfect location in the heart of Indian Rocks. Looking forward to planning our next vacation here.

Birthday Hideaway

This was a great little escape for our family of four. Quick access to the pool/spa and just steps from the private ocean/beach access. The property manager was very attentive, quick to respond and offered several suggestions of local places to go for food, entertainment, beaches, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed IRB and will return in the future. Sunset Paradise

The property is very dated, but updated. Property says it sleeps 8 which is doable with a King in master, 2 full size beds in 2nd b/r, and pullout sofa in l/r. But the living room/kitchen area can accommodate at most 4 people - very small area. Great location to restaurants, walk to beach and pool/hot tub nice added touch.

Hi Kathleen, we are so glad you enjoyed the updated condo, the colorful unforgettable sunsets, and the chef-inspired restaurants within walking distance. Great news in that the entire complex is being painted in beautiful beach-themed blues from top to bottom and should be finished by September 2020. I'm glad your husband and you utilized the Spa, sometimes that warm relaxing water after a cool evening swim adds depth to the beach experience. We are very careful to advertise this property accurately, which is why it is advertised for a maximum of 6 people to sleep in one King bed and two Queen beds. There is not a pull-out couch available and is why we have the 6 person maximum. Thanks for extending your Summer with us and I hope you two stay well with your transition back to closed-toed shoes and wearing wristwatches getting back into the swing of things!

Spacious condo

The bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It has a full size kitchen and a livingroom. We enjoyed a cup of joe in the balcony before heading or either to the pool or beach. We were also able to use the gas grill. There are also a few restaurants that are walking distance from the condo. It was the perfect place for relaxation.

"The first Indian Rocks Bridge was built in 1916, and its location, in the "Narrows," is indicated by a historical marker. The community grew and developed during its early days, but after World War II that growth started to accelerate rapidly. Today, Indian Rocks Beach is a thriving community that has maintained most of its original character, and supports a lively mixture of recreational activities. From our Nature Preserve, to our parks, to our sandy shores, you'll find a smile on every face, and a warm Florida welcome with everyone you meet."
