Ce condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est situĂ© Ă  Sunset Paradise Ă  Indian Rocks Beach. Bien que l'unitĂ© elle-mĂȘme n'ait pas de vue sur le golfe, elle est situĂ©e du cĂŽtĂ© du golfe, vous n'avez donc pas Ă  traverser la rue pour vous rendre Ă  la plage. Cette unitĂ© est Ă  seulement quelques pas de la piscine complexe et de l'accĂšs Ă  la plage. Le condo a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©, des ventilateurs de plafond, de la literie et des matelas Ă  plateau-coussin aux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat dans les chambres et le salon. Le condo a Ă©tĂ© peint de haut en bas. La cuisine a de belles armoires, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et bien approvisionnĂ©s pour votre sĂ©jour. Il y a un bar / salle Ă  manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  5 personnes pour les repas que vous prĂ©voyez de dĂźner!

Par courtoisie envers tous nos clients, nous fournissons des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage et un parasol. Tous sont dans l'unitĂ© et prĂȘts Ă  ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ©s lors de votre visite. The place was very clean and had more beach stuff than we could use! While the balcony didn't overlook the beach (we knew that when we booked), it was just a short walk through the parking deck and you were on the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had an issue initially with check-in, but I appreciated that the owner was available and immediately took care of it within seconds. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

Indian Shores

We had a wonderful time on our first ever trip to Indian Shores. The condo was clean,and close to svereal restaurants,and most of all steps away from the beautiful ocean. We will be back.

My overall experience was great! The condo was as described.The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the pool area, which is out of your control. People left their floats and items everywhere daily (in the pool and outside the pool). It was also very cloudy and dirty. The pump didn’t seem to be running at all.

Indian Rocks 2023 Vacation

Just as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Pool steps from unit and beach was awesome with a 30 second walk from the pool. Perfect location in the heart of Indian Rocks. Looking forward to planning our next vacation here.

I was very excited at how this unit showed in pictures. Check-in was a breeze. I made a mistake on my reservation and wrote the host about it but never received a response.We stay at Indian Rocks several times a year. This unit was much higher than we have ever paid for the area. When we arrived, the unit was so dark. Its proximity to beach was wonderful however, unit was not well stocked, not enough mugs for coffee, really worn out pots and pans. It was not clean, and we were greeted by a roach in our bedroom one morning. It was extremely overpriced for the unit and its current state.

Birthday Hideaway

This was a great little escape for our family of four. Quick access to the pool/spa and just steps from the private ocean/beach access. The property manager was very attentive, quick to respond and offered several suggestions of local places to go for food, entertainment, beaches, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed IRB and will return in the future. Sunset Paradise

The property is very dated, but updated. Property says it sleeps 8 which is doable with a King in master, 2 full size beds in 2nd b/r, and pullout sofa in l/r. But the living room/kitchen area can accommodate at most 4 people - very small area. Great location to restaurants, walk to beach and pool/hot tub nice added touch.

Spacious condo

The bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It has a full size kitchen and a livingroom. We enjoyed a cup of joe in the balcony before heading or either to the pool or beach. We were also able to use the gas grill. There are also a few restaurants that are walking distance from the condo. It was the perfect place for relaxation.

This place ROCKS!

Indian Rocks Beach is a great location. It’s s short drive to Clearwater and Johns Pass. Sunset Paradise is a great little low key location. It’s in the gulf side but not facing the ocean. My only knock is that the balcony faces the parking lot and is in the direct sun all day long and it’s not good for much other than hanging your towels. Otherwise this is a great little condo and a great spot for families with kids.

Sunset Paradise is ideally located in Indian Rocks Beach, FL and just down the road from Clearwater in one direction and Maderia and Redington Beach in the other direction. "The first Indian Rocks Bridge was built in 1916, and its location, in the "Narrows," is indicated by a historical marker. The community grew and developed during its early days, but after World War II that growth started to accelerate rapidly. Today, Indian Rocks Beach is a thriving community that has maintained most of its original character, and supports a lively mixture of recreational activities. From our Nature Preserve, to our parks, to our sandy shores, you'll find a smile on every face, and a warm Florida welcome with everyone you meet."
