The perfect spot for your next fishing, golf or beach get away. Less than a mile from East Bay Boat Landing, Short walk to downtown Georgetown's shopping, restaurants and bars and a short drive to the public beaches of Pawleys Island. Parking for vehicles and boat.

Great property, Great host!

My family and I spent the weekend at this property while in town for another family event. Everything was just as described in the listing. The house itself was clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet which made for a very peaceful stay. if you’re looking for a great place to stay in this area for a reasonable price, this is the one! Thank you Callie for providing a great experience for our family and for your prompt responses to any questions we may have had!

Comfortable and clean

The host was very responsive and keeps a clean and comfortable home. The home was pet friendly without sacrificing aesthetics or bearing unpleasant odors. I would highly recommend and will likely stay again.

Great location & House!

This Georgetown cottage is in a perfect location. Walking distance to a park, downtown, and Maritime Park. 15ish minute drive to Pawley's Island for beaching too! The house was well stocked so you can cook your own meals and the living room was cozy and perfect for watching tv.

Cozy Home in Historic Georgetown

This home was very comfortable for our stay in Georgetown. It’s in a great neighborhood for walking and was a short drive to Backwoods Quail Club where we were competing. Georgetown has lots of great places for dinner and for shopping.

Wonderful spot, happy pups

The house was well equipped from the kitchen to the towels and linens. Just a block from a lovely park that even had dog parks for different size dogs. Great walk to historic Georgetown with great shops, restaurants and great Harbour Walk

Convenient, clean & cute home!

My husband and I spent the weekend here for a wedding we attended in Georgetown. The house is conveniently located, just a short drive or walk to the downtown area. The host provided restaurant recommendations that were very helpful to us. The house was clean and the perfect size for one or two couples. We would stay here again & I would recommend it.

Perfect family and pet friendly home!!

This home was perfect for our 6 adult family and the family dog too!!! The location was great!! There is a nearby park and it is a short walk to Front Street Shops, Restaurants and the Harborwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Would highly recommend!

This property is well kept and the owners are attentive to your questions and needs. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the home and the owner came within 5 minutes to help us in. The welcome booklet was extremely helpful as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Georgetown.

Charming House

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice that towels and linens are provided. Our dog, Bella, had fun in the fenced in backyard. It is close to a park. Communication with the property manager was very good. Georgetown is a fun place to vacation.
