Great access to everything you will need

You will enjoy easy access to shopping, dining and tours all within a few steps. Sit out on one of three balconies and take in the street view while sipping on your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We are right in the heart of the downtown shopping district and just across the street from the entrance to Georgetown's Harborwalk.
A 1150 square foot spacious apartment with two bedrooms and an additional sleeper sofa. Perfectly decorated to make you feel right at home. A full size, spacious kitchen is fully stocked and convenient if you choose to cook. Kitchen also has a stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees and teas. A perfect spot for a family or romantic getaway.

A spacious and very clean perfectly located apartment with super comfy beds. The location right in Downtown Georgetown close to everything makes this place ideal. Added bonus: the hostess is top notch.

Retirement Celebration

This was a great stay for 2 friends celebrating a milestone! The apartment was perfect, and we had a great time visiting Georgetown as well as Litchfield Beach and Pawley's Island.

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very nicely furnished and well-stocked. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location was great for enjoying downtown. We enjoyed walking the surrounding neighborhood which is very pretty. And Ginger was a very nice and accommodating owner; she even allowed us to change our dates at the last moment due to a death in the family. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect location for a weekend exploring Georgetown with friends. Apartment on the second floor with great views of Front Street. Very neat, and stocked with the essentials. We will be back.

Best location

Location and accommodation are the best. You can wake up, make coffee and sit on the balcony and enjoy town. When you are ready to explore town, just walk downstairs and out the door, you are right in town for the boardwalk, restaurants, museums and a nice 17 min walk to a park along the water.

Wonderful and convenient

We had an incredible stay with Ginger. The space was immaculate. It is in the heart of front street which made it perfect for walking to all that downtown Georgetown has to offer. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I both grew up in Georgetown and we just love the feel of the downtown district. I am right downstairs most days during business hours should you need anything and always available by phone. We would love for you to visit our beautiful town!

The upstairs apartment has it's own private entrance and has been completely renovated with all new appliances and furnishings. We have worked very hard to make sure that it is comfortable and accommodating for all of your needs.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The best location downtown! We are right in the middle of the Historic District and the river is directly across the street. There are a number of wonderful restaurants and shops all within walking distance as well as several tours that will introduce you to the history of Georgetown. You truly can park your car, unload and not have to drive again until you are ready to leave.
