We are happy to provide bicycles upon request. Also, for waterfowl hunter or fisherman, we are blocks away from the public boat landing. We were looking for a place to go for a long weekend that wasn't far from home & also somewhere we'd never been before. The bungalow was PERFECT!!! Tiny but literally had everything you need. Our hostess, Elizbeth aka Biz, greeted us upon arrival as it's attached to her home but it didn't feel like we were intruding on someone's home. I never needed to contact her over the weekend but anytime I contacted her before she responded quickly. I've always wanted to go to Georgetown. Although I can be a fair weather beach person we came in January 2026 for 3 nights & the weather was great!!!The location could not have been better, truly in walking distance to Front St., if you're a walker, about 1.5mi to center of town. Close to everything you want to see in Georgetown. Shops, restaurants, museums & we found a great church for Sunday morning service, Victory Church.Biz, thank you for a great stay. We will be back again,Julie & DonOH!!!! Aikenites!!!! They have streets with Live Oak tunnels like South Boundary!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!

This bungalow was beautiful and super clean and also the surroundings were very quiet. It was close to everything in downtown Georgetown. Our host was great! Oh and it is pet friendly!

This bungalow was absolutely PERFECT for my husband and me to celebrate my 50th birthday in Georgetown.The property was beautiful, and the bungalow was adorable and comfy. The hostess was incredibly kid and communicative.I will 100% be staying here again!

We just got home from our stay and can't stop talking about how awesome it was! We were in town for a wedding, otherwise Georgetown SC would have never been on our radar, but I'm so glad we got the opportunity to visit! The listing is much more spacious than it looks it the pictures, and the bed was so comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated with simple details. It was our first time staying at a house connected to the owners, and it truly felt like we had our own place. We had to contact the owner serveral times (for things like deliveries, NOT issues), and they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect! Just a short mile walk (or drive) to front street with adorable shops and various delicious restaurants to eat. If we ever get the chance to visit again, this will be our go to spot!

This apartment is very charming, neat, and clean. It has all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The homeowner is accomodating and very attentive. Highly recommend this comfortable place for anyone visiting or re-visiting Georgetown.

Perfect for Us!!

This was one of, if not the best property we have stayed at since we started using Vrbo years ago. I’m hesitant to say so many good things, (and believe me, it deserves it), since it will undoubtedly bring more folks to the area. Spectacular from start to finish, this property is so very nice. The location, awesome. We could walk to downtown and enjoy the beautiful homes along most any street, hit a bar or restaurant or boutique shop. We dubbed the area “Charleston Lite”. History abounds with lots of local color and museums. As for the property, just wow. Beautiful inside and out, the furniture is top notch, (most likely the same as we have at our home, Crate & Barrel style and comfort). The bed was also amazing, again similar to what we have at home, extremely comfortable mattress and the pillows were the best, (towels and bath, the very same). If you’re a couple traveling together and are looking in the area, you cannot go wrong here. Lastly, the hosts were extremely helpful, friendly, communicative and prompt to respond to every request. Love this place and we’ve decided to return before or shortly after the first of the year.

Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed our stay! The bungalow was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The host made sure that we had everything we needed, and then some, for our stay which really made us feel more at home. It is located in a BEAUTIFUL part of Georgetown - Live Oak lined streets and historic houses all around! All of the shopping and dinning of Front St was just minutes away. It made for a very memorable anniversary trip!
