This property was so cute and perfect for my family and I while we enjoyed a weekend at the beach. The beds were so soft and comfortable, the host was very fast and easy to communicate with and the neighbors were amazing. We will definitely keep this property in mind the next time we visit Pawleys Island.

Clean and very well stocked. This place had everything we needed and more. It was quiet and well located to the beach access , restaurants and stores. This is my families new favorite getaway place.

We enjoyed our stay here! A cold front came through and the hot tub was a plus! It was the perfect size for our family of 4! Very close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach!

Location, location, location! This house has everything you need on one of the best roads to the beach. There are plenty of beach toys to use if you want to use those without having to bring them all from home. The bedrooms are spacious, as is the open-concept living and kitchen. The property was extremely quiet, with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked, and even included tupperware, which is rare! The host was clear with all directions and responsive to texts and emails. For the price, you can't beat this cute little cottage!

Coastal Retreat was a well-maintained, well-located beach house. The home was super clean, and beautiful decor. Nathen was our host and he was very helpful and pleasant and made our check in and check out very simple and easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Beach was very close. Thank you Nathen for making our stay wonderful and enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

He definitely is controlling the NESTthermostat. EVERY time I turned around it had been reset to save him ....not for your comfort. There are nasty stains on the bedroom carpet that has the bunk bed. We could NOT USE it at all. GROSS !! No new carpet anywhere in that house. Repair maybe poorly cleaned yes. The bedroom carpet definitely needs to be replaced not cleaned. There's definitely pet urine in the carpet. The Check out is at 10:00Housekeeping showed up at 9:50 a.m. I was sitting on the not at all private deck, drinking my morning coffee. Housekeeping pulled up! When I asked why she was early she said check out is at 10:00. I said it's not 10:00.. she had my dogs riled up and totally disrupted our last few minutes trying to pack up and leave calmly. I'd steer clear of this place. I have read all negative reviews ALL were accurate. This is the first negative review I have left for anybody anywhere anytime !!!! look at the negative reviews and believe what you read. I should have known things wouldn't go well when NATHAN first told me my credit card was declined for payment ! THAT NEVER HAPPENED ! YOU GOT A MESSAGE THAT IT WAS PENDING APPROVAL OF THE CARD HOLDER.. THAT IS NOT A DECLINE !!!!!! He was asking for another credit card when the original one went through no problem OTHER THAN BEING TOLD IT WAS PENDING APPROVAL FROM ME. CHARGES for both insurances, cancellation and damage went through no problem. It was the last place in Pawleys Island I would not stay.
