Bayfront Villa with Private Dock.

Located on East Bay, mid-way between Navarre and Gulf Breeze, East Bay Villa is perfect for group vacations and corporate retreats. This large home with 30’ ceilings, and open concept design, sleeps a total of 18 guests comfortably. This home was designed specifically for families and friends on vacation, and it has all the best vacation amenities. The East Bay neighborhood is the hidden gem of this area.

You will have amazing views of East Bay from almost every room in the house. A whole house water filtration system provides great tasting water to drink and cook with. The beautiful Gourmet kitchen is a delight to cook in and features a 6-burner gas stove, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, large pantry, quartz countertops, and a wet bar with wine cooler. In the kitchen you will also find special dishes and silverware for the little ones, a highchair and pack and play. The kitchen table seats 12, and there are 6 bar stools at the counter.

Eco-friendly and natural soaps are included for bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry.

Relax on the 1200 square foot patio, beach or dock, the paved trail in front of the house is perfect for a leisurely walk! Cornhole, Kan Jam, Patio size Jenga, and 6 yoga mats, you will always have something fun or relaxing to do!

Enjoy the incredible sunsets, pelicans putting on a show as they dive for fish and watch for dolphins!

Two of the upstairs bedrooms have private balconies overlooking East Bay. The downstairs master suite features a wall of windows overlooking East Bay, with French doors opening to the patio.

Extra amenities include Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, BBQ, gas fire pit table, Keurig, Blender, Coffee Pot, Teapot, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, bar glasses, premium bedding and towels, alarm clocks in bedrooms, black out curtains in bedrooms, magnified makeup mirrors in bathrooms, hotel size shampoo conditioner, shower gel, and lotion, hair dryer in each bathroom, USB ports in every room, USB-C port at Wet Bar, smart TVs in all bedrooms, two living room areas, and board games!

Great visit!

The property was just as described. We had 4 moms who took 7 teenage boys for a few days. There was plenty of space to spread out, everything was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies. It was a short drive to beach and restaurants. The back patio is huge, with a great view, very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house on the bay

Perfect house for our large family vacation. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all of us. Easy launch area for our kayaks. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the dock and the back porch. Great location between Navarre beach and Pensacola beach.

We enjoyed this home with our adult kids and cousins. The kitchen is completely stocked and it was very comfortable for our crew for a long weekend! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Easter

The property was wonderful. We enjoyed the stay and wished we had more days. I loved the decor in the house and outside was so beautiful. The dock was a popular spot for our 4 families to reconnect. I was very disappointed that we did not have the kayak and bicycles that was mentioned in the ad when we booked the property.

Exceptional Accommodations

The space was amazing. Open, airy, cozy, clean and comfortable.. Every room was so nice. The kitchen was the best equipped one ever! Cabinets and drawers were labeled making things easy to find. The beds were so comfortable. We loved sitting out on the back patio looking over the bay. We were pleased how private and quiet the location was. We all had a fabulous stay.

great house for a large group

The home and location on the water are beautiful. We had a good experience. It was clean and came equipped with all you need to cook plus plenty of space for our extended family to spread out and relax. The kitchen and pantry are a plus. We were disappointed the dock was not completed so no place to sit and enjoy the sunset over the water. The sink was leaking which resulted in water on the floor every time it was used. We alerted maintenance and it was fixed in two days.

Great stay in beautiful home and locale

We enjoyed everything about our stay and did not have any issues with the property or any of the amenities for our group of 9 adults and 4 kids under age 12. The house was very spacious for our group of 13. The location on the bay is just beautiful both day and night and is also great for those who like to have a more serene water option away from the beach. It was fantastic to have all of the water recreation amenities on site and included as part of our stay. We made good use of the kitchen for all meals, and the kitchen was pure joy to cook in. We would all come back in a heartbeat to stay at East Bay Villa!

Great Family Locationn

We had a huge range of ages from babies to adults, and everyone had a blast. We really appreciated access to kayak, paddle boards, cornhole, etc. The kids were busy the entire time. The rooms were split in a way where we didn't have to pile a bunch of kids in one room (a la bunk bed rooms). Everyone had their own space. And PLENTY of space for food. 10/10 patio. Loved it.

Wedding and Family Reunion

My family and I decided to have a family reunion while we made time to attend the wedding of my son. The house was large enough to be comfortable for 18 people and was well appointed. The kitchen was spacious and allowed for easy preparation of family meals. The location on East Bay was spectacular. The kayaks were a great addition, and all of the uncles had a great time playing in the water with all of the grands, while Mama and Papa giggled and watched from the waterside. The covered stone porch was beautiful and quickly became the favorite hangout spot! There were only two negatives. The gap between the new platform and the sea wall needs to be protected as it is an accident waiting to happen. And one did. My wife accidentally stepped through it and ended up in the ER. The other negative was the poor repair job that was done on the stair railing at the bottom. It was never meant to hold under use and easily separated and the whole railing became unstable. Outside of that, it was a wonderful couple of days and the family all asked if they could come back to this spot!

Paradise on the bay

Beautiful views, easy location, super clean and nice property. Complimentary bottle of champagne (what!)!! The house is big and bright and is perfect for a large group. Each room is unique. Kayaks are available as well as paddle boards and beach stuff for an extra fee (definitely worth it) the bay is so nice. The weather was great while we stayed. We went in to town a few times and navigating was simple. The local food was good and the beaches are great! We loved the whole experience and would love to come back again.
