Spectacular home and host! Only negative is that we could not check in early with a tight timeline we had for our weekend events, but it all had a way of working out

Best beach house we have ever found. Had everything you want view, plenty of space so we never felt crowded with four families/ five kids. Super short walk to the beach, excellent view of the gulf, huge living/kitchen area, six full bathrooms, outdoor shower with hot water, and large paved area underneath is great place for kids to play when they need to get out of the sun. Great AC on both floors. Elevator makes moving in and out so much easier. Everyone said we need to come back here.

Some of the guests complained that there was sand in the shower and counters. We all did notice, too, that there were no dish cloths or towels in the kitchen. Lots of broken goggles and beach toys. Downstairs was just a pile of sandy beach chairs etc. Other than that, everyone really enjoyed the accommodations. Thank you.

Lovely Beach Home

My family and I gathered for a week at this beautiful home. Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect for lots of beach time and close enough to walk to the many area shops and restaurants. The host was great to work with. Very responsive to any questions we had. The amenities were great especially all the beach chairs, towels and outdoor shower, all of which were put to good use. Highly recommended. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful property steps from the beach. So many rooms and beds for everyone. Plenty of cooking stuff and beach stuff provided. Great stay!

This property is just perfect, well laid out and with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Beach towels were plentiful and there was an entire room full of beach toys and equipment. We needn't have brought a thing, but of course we did! The refrigerator downstairs held all of our cold drinks, the big one in the kitchen all of our food and the one on the top floor was a great place for baby formula and take-out boxes. We are a family of cooks and were very appreciative of the good knives, crockpot, multiple coffee pots and blenders. Two full length balconies and a huge patio under the house gave plenty of room for the generations to be together and also to split into groups.

The house was perfect for a family: lots of beds and lots of bathrooms!! They also started us off with plenty of paper towels and toilet paper!! Plus they have sample sizes in each bathroom of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Check-in was easy and the host was responsive to my questions. The ice maker didn’t work which was a bummer but these things happen! Hopefully it’s fixed soon for the next guest! Thankfully, they have two extra refrigerator/freezers so we just bought a ton of bagged ice and stuck it in the freezer downstairs. The refrigerator downstairs also turned out to be a great place to store all our soft drinks as we could grab them on the way out the door to the beach. The house has everything you could need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, toys, rafts, etc. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Evi-body's Beachin' is Super

The house was perfect for our Cousins Reunion. We all had a bedroom and bath, and the 2nd floor gathering great- room was just right. We enjoyed the deck looking out on the gulf in the afternoons. It is well furnished and supplied for everything.
