Belle à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur! Cette maison a une vue imprenable et est très proche du golfe! 6 chambres qui ont 1 suite King, 3 chambres avec lits queen, 1 chambre avec lits jumeaux sur lits superposés complets, 1 chambre avec lits jumeaux sur lits superposés complets et un lit superposé sur lits jumeaux avec lit gigogne et un canapé-lit avec un matelas queen. 1 des chambres Queen est en bas et nécessite une entrée extérieure et est très privée mais a sa propre salle de bain complète dédiée (voir photos). L'appartement du rez-de-chaussée COMPREND UN FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRE, alors allez-y. Son 175 $ par nuit supplémentaire. Cependant, je ne loue pas l'espace du rez-de-chaussée à différents groupes pendant que vous y êtes, donc la propriété sera complètement privée. A l'étage 17 couchages (5 chambres). En bas, 2 couchages (1 chambre). Total de 19 LORSQUE L'ESCALIER EST ACHETÉ. Comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine et comptoirs de tuiles dans les salles de bains avec réfrigérateur à vin et lave-vaisselle. Entièrement approvisionné avec tous les couverts, assiettes, tasses, verres, ustensiles de cuisine, ustensiles et appareils électroménagers pour cuisiner n'importe quel repas de votre choix pour votre famille et vos invités. Tous les draps et serviettes de bain fournis (pas les serviettes de plage) donc pas besoin d'apporter le vôtre. Laveuse et sécheuse meublées. A toutes les commodités électroniques, y compris WIFI, Xbox One, téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre et salon, stéréo haute définition et Blue-ray. Dan was very prompt on communicating with us upon arrival at check-in. House was great!! Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults and 3 kids. We did rent the lower bed and bath as well. Peaceful location and easy walk to the beach. Looking forward to contacting Dan again in the future for another stay.

Very nice property. The microwave didn't work though. The pool didn't have any handrails or depth markings, so we didn't get in.

I'll have to check on the microwave not working. First I'm hearing about that. The pool does not have a hand rail or depth markings? That's certainly an odd expectation. The pool is 4 feet deep all the way across.

No shaded space outdoors to watch the kids swim and plants with stickers were covering the outdoor areas. Kids were in hysterics getting stuck constantly. All the rooms are off the living space which made it hard for the adults to hang out after putting the kids to bed. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous location

We had a house full of family that had a wonderful time. The house is very reasonable considering how many people can stay and its close proximity to the beach. We had 19 people from ages 1-79, and the air conditioner and hot water tank kept up with us. Having the pool, the back deck, and the downstairs bedroom allowed us to spread out. We were disappointed at first because the picnic tables pictured on the back deck were gone because we planned to use them with such a large group. The host was quick to respond and had new picnic tables delivered which we enjoyed. We had two easy access points to the beach which was never crowded. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place for our family vacation

We had a wonderful week for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for our whole family. It was just a short walk to the beach and it was not crowded like a big Condo site would be. The pool was an enjoyable change of pace too. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed. Communication was on point. This was our first visit to Pensacola and we will definitely be back!

Pensacola Beach

Everyone's standards are different, and our baseline for cleanliness is the Hilton family of hotels, so we were a little disappointed at that. Reviews are accurate, and Description, Communication, and Location all were spot on and Pensacola Beach is a great place to visit.

Good location for what we wanted. Some of the linens looked old and could have been fresher, but other than that we all had a good stay. The house is older and not much insulation in the walls. We had babies in the house so be ready to hear through the walls into the other rooms.

Happy this group enjoyed their stay. I will make sure to refresh the linens. They are replaced on a routine basis. Regarding the walls, like any other house built since the 1960s, the interior walls are not insulated, only the external ones are. So, the interior walls have dual-ply drywall over the wooded 2x4 and 2x6 construction. Again, it's exactly as the house you live in (for almost all homes in America). So if you have very loud screaming children in adjoining rooms, you will hear it. This has nothing to do with the "age of the home".

Beach life ❤️

A BLOCK FROM THE BEACH! We went with 10 adults and 4 kids. This property had ample room, high ceilings, large kitchen and always hot water for showers and laundry. The pool was crystal clear and refreshing. The communication with the property host was unbelievably responsive when I had questions. I know we will be back!

This was a spring break rental with (20)19 and 20 year olds. I seldom rent to these kinds of groups and when I do, hold tight control on them to ensure the house does not get destroyed. Of course, I am going to periodically spot check them but was sure to call in advance and schedule. Fortunately, no damage was done and the kids had a good time.

An amazing beach house vacation

There is truly nothing negative I can say about this beach house or our week vacation there! My entire family had a blast from the moment we walked in. The home comfortably held all of us and we are a big family!! Dan the homeowner was quick to respond to any questions we had or fix any repairs. The private pool and outside shower was the icing on the cake!! I recommend this home 100%

You will find my properties to be decorated in warm tones and large comfortable furnishings with dark woods and strong lines. Not "beachy" as many other places are decorated with cheap and bright interiors. I want you to feel "at home" as you stay with me. I hope you will enjoy!
