Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You will love this open, airy, and bright living space located in South Venice. This house has three bedrooms and two full baths and a screened in lanai. Located 6 miles from downtown Venice and 2 miles from private beach with ferry access. This home has been freshly painted and updated September of 2021.

First bedroom has a king bed and private master bath with updated vanity and tiled shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has twin over full bunk bed and trundle. All rooms have ample closet space. Cute eat in dining area and work from home space located off of the kitchen. Full sized washer and dryer in the home.

was perfect for our needs. layout was great even bunk beds for the kids. house was very clean and nice, and ready for us to use. well stocked and everything was as it should be with NO complaints. neighborhood was fantastic. quiet street and peaceful.

Venice Winter Stay

The property is somewhat aged but everything is clean, and any issues were addressed promptly and to our complete satisfaction. It is an excellent location. Easy to get to and on a very quiet street. We would be more than happy to stay at this location again.

We had a lovely stay at Mimosa Place. It was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings. The host was very timely communicating.

Awesome Stay at Mimosa Memories

We loved staying at this beautiful rental. The house was super clean with modern upgrades. The location is great to get to the public beaches and to downtown Venice. We will definitely stay here again.

The house is well maintained and the mattresses were firm, but comfortable. Great location that is close to the beach and shopping locations. We would stay here again.

Stay at mamosa

The house was very clean Entrace was no problem at any time. The only thing was window treatments there was no blind on the big sliding door. The curtains in the living room were to sheer and not big enough . And this is all my opinion.

Beautiful home and perfect location

The house was immaculate and met our needs perfectly. The location was just a few miles from the beach but also had several stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the Venice area on our future vacations.

Just what we needed

The house and location were perfect for our celebration weekend! We were close to my mother’s house and other relatives, so the commute was short to get together with family. The bedrooms were nice sized and very comfortable. The two bathrooms were a plus to have and also very nice. We would stay here again!

Nice place that worked out great for what we needed

We stayed for 4 nights. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. There was a smooth check-in and check-out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Wellen Park. We were in the area to check out Wellen Park for possibly moving to this area.

Great for families

The interior of the home has been updated for the most part and is very nice. There are plenty of beds for families. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable! The owner has obviously worked to make the home pleasant. The exterior could use some clean up/landscaping. The yard and grill area were not really useable space other than to let the dogs out. The screened porch would have been great if it had been warmer. Note to self to come later in the month!

Clean comfortable Venice stay

Owner was responsive and permitted early access. Bedrooms are good sized and beds comfortable. Everything was clean and in good working order. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to everything. Loved the surprise visit from a tortoise in the front yard! Only one minor note—only 1 extra quilt/blanket so probably could have used another. Would recommend.

Good repeat stY

Ryan is extremely responsive. The only issue was WiFi was not working when we arrived but he had someone come by the next morning and resolved it. This was our third stay here and while the neighborhood is mediocre the location is great and the house has been nicely update. Very clean and well appointed. Only other suggestion is phone chargers or plug outlets added to the nightstands by the beds.

Almost perfect!

Would have given 5* but the A/C was not working upon check-in. The owner had it fixed the next morning and communicated perfectly, but it wasnt ideal sleeping wothout A/C for the first night in FL. Location and surrounding area was just fine, as we came for a quick family weekend getaway! Will stay again if we come back to that area!

Mimosa escape

The property was as advertised, and we liked close location of the house to Manasota beach and the Blind Curve beach. The beaches were lovely except for the red tide, which made us cough a lot and we saw more dead fish all along the beach than any other beach we've been to. Obviously, the red tide is not something one can control, but it did make us reconsider coming back to the gulf coast side. We are likely going to the Atlantic Ocean side for next year.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The communication was good. The entry and check in were super simple. The house was in a good location and very comfortable. I will say the kids across the street were up late and loud but it’s summer and they were enjoying their time off, so it was understandable. The whole house was clean. The back porch was a great place to sit and read. I knew they had a Keurig so I brought some pods with me but they had some. The kitchen had everything we needed. The couch was super comfy to sit on, not hard at all. I will say the lighting situation confused us at first. The switches aren’t always where you expect them to be and we had to take a few minutes to find lights and fans. The only thing I have to say that is even slightly negative is that there were washcloths in the master bath but not the guest bathroom. It wasn’t a big deal. But it was one thing I noticed. The house was also like 8-15 minutes to everywhere. It was like a geographic anomaly. (Bonus points to those who get the reference.) All in all I would definitely not only recommend the place, I would also stay here again. Oh. And the teenage boy was obviously on WiFi all weekend and I didn’t hear one complaint about the tv or his devices. So that must have been excellent as well.
