Enjoy a peaceful stay or drive just 35 min to Hocking Hills State Park where you’ll find all kinds of hiking trails, caves, waterfalls, horseback riding, ziplines, shopping & restaurants. 2 miles from a kayak livery, or 15 min to downtown Chillicothe, Ohio’s first capital!

We had no interaction with the host, the door code showed up the day before our stay, nothing unusual to me. The cottage was very cute, stocked fine for us and our stay. I’m a birder and the birding and wildlife was exceptional!

This place was awesome, even in mid-November rain, it was beautiful. The bed was comfy, the house was warm and cozy. I'm definitely coming back. We got to the cabin around 7pm, driving in the rain and it was dark, I would've loved for a porch light to be on, to make it more visible. The street lamp wasn't on so we were in the dark, walking up to a cabin in the dark was a little unnerving.

Was a perfect little get away for the wife and I. Secluded enough that we felt at one with nature; yet convenient enough for stores and entertainment. The cabin was well done and relaxing, with a great rear view that was beautiful to wake up to in the mornings.

The cabin was everything as advertised! Clean, cozy and private...beautiful setting with the hot tub on the back deck area. The pictures of the renovation in the host's welcome book were fun to see, they really did a great job with this place. Would definitely return again!

My wife and I loved the cabin. It was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. The hot tub and fire pit were were nice features, and there were even snacks! The hosts were even helpful in returning some small items that we accidentally left behind!

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with gorgeous views off the private back deck and hot tub this is the place! Or maybe a 35 min drive to Hocking Hills area with lots of trails, caves, ziplines, and shops! We’re also 13 miles from downtown Chillicothe, Ohio’s first capital with lots of shopping, breweries, one of a kind restaurants! And during the summer we have a great kayak livery just 2 miles away Salt Creek Kayak Adventures!
