Détendez-vous et profitez de notre maison bien équipée dans un cadre très paisible au cœur des Montagnes Blanches. Notre maison de quatre chambres est située sur une route "pittoresque" tranquille dans le principal emplacement de Sugar Hill où l'on peut trouver de belles vues panoramiques sur Lafayette, Cannon et toute la chaîne Kinsman et une grande partie des présidentielles. L'intérieur comprend un plancher de bois franc récemment installé dans toute la maison, un grand salon / salle à manger avec une cheminée en pierre des champs, une cuisine bien équipée entièrement rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, un îlot et un coin salon, une belle véranda grillagée pour les repas et se prélasser et une chambre principale avec salle de bain privée récemment rénovée. Il y a aussi un espace fini au niveau inférieur avec un confortable lit futon double qui sert de lieu idéal pour des invités supplémentaires et un endroit où les enfants peuvent se détendre. Il y a la télévision par câble et Internet sans fil pour votre plaisir. Le design contemporain donne une sensation aérée et ouverte. La plupart des nombreuses fenêtres sont orientées au sud et offrent une vue sur les arbres de Cannon ou / et Lafayette Mountain. La propriété possède de beaux jardins paysagers, une grande cour avec des pommes et un champ, un foyer et un patio privé et est située à seulement cinq minutes de la ville de Franconia et de la I-93, à dix minutes des pistes de ski de Cannon Mountain et environ vingt-cinq de Loon et Brettan Woods.

Loved Wendy's house. Perfect location on Sugar Hill. Close to Cannon for Skiing. House has great bedrooms with cozy bedding. This kitchen is well stocked as well. Definitely going to rent this property again.

Perfect Getaway...

Great location to explore hiking trails, go shopping or just relax. We rented to have access to the Highland Games and it was the perfect spot. I am now a big fan of Sugar Hill. The property itself was beautiful and provided us with all the comforts of being home. I would highly recommend this rental.

Alan and I camped and hiked in the White Mountains for years with our kids before deciding that the time was right to buy a home there. When we are not renting the home, we enjoy the area a great deal and find it a great get away from our life in Arlington, Massachusetts. Wendy is an adoption social worker and Alan is a high school teacher and between of them we have four great children ranging in age from 26 to 34.
