804 N. Topsail Dr...No peeking here! Come and enjoy our coastal farmhouse vibe 3 bedroom, 3 bath, beachfront townhome with wide open views of the ocean.
First level you'll find an ocean view queen bedroom with private covered balcony with seating, a posterior side queen bedroom with en suite, as well as a bonus room with twin bunkbeds and full bath in the hallway. All rooms are spacious and both bedrooms have closets with a small chest of drawers.
Top level includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities of home, bar seating and a table/ 4 chairs to accommodate seating for 8, plus 4 TV table/trays. The living area provides comfortable seating and big views, open the sliding door to access the top deck which includes cozy seating, you'll want to cuddle up with a good book or enjoy a morning coffee; the ocean sounds will take you to a place of tranquility. There's also a king bedroom and full bath located on this level.
All bedrooms and living room have smart TVs with Roku.
Ground level provides a 2 car carport area with washer/dryer, enclosed outdoor shower and private beach access, you're just steps away from toes in the sand. Local restaurants and pier are within walking distance. The property is located on a dead end street, no traffic noise, quiet area and friendly neighbors!! Come and enjoy some Island Time!!!

Great location, plenty of room for everyone. Parking is a bit tight for a full size truck with a cap. Kitchen is well stocked with pots pans and utensils for making meals. The only downside that we saw was the cleaning crews attention to detail. We had a great stay!

The Location was perfect; quiet for a townhouse, thankfully. But the furnishings were dingy and in need of update (old torn sofa pillows, worn fabric etc…) And I have never stayed at a place in Surf City so filthy. I would fire the cleaning crew!The owners are super nice though.

This amazing house right on the beach did not disappoint—with its amazing oceanfront views we saw dolphins right from our den! We were on a girls trip—4 of us—and this house was perfect for us! It was comfy, cozy and a great location! The hosts are phenomenal with excellent and prompt communication!! We have already booked for the next two summers!!

It was our second year staying at the property. It is clean, has plenty of room for our family of 5, has beautiful ocean views (close enough that you can hear the waves crashing), and is steps from the beach. The host sends a message to make sure you got in okay, is very responsive, and leaves you to enjoy your stay unless you need anything. We didn’t book soon enough to get a spot next summer, but we’ll be back in 2028!

We had a wonderful time and the host was very easy and pleasant to work with. The house was clean and well equipped. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only request I would recommend would to put a full length mirror on the back of bedroom doors.

Great Location

We loved our stay here. It had beautiful views and was only a few steps a way from the sandy beaches. All the amenities were top notch and updated. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great Place! Great vacation!

My family and I had a great vacation here! Very clean place complete with everything you need- including sand buckets, chairs, and boogie boards. Pet friendly, so even our family dog had a great time. The layout is ideal for young adults to have their own space on one level. We had a very relaxing vacation. Will definitely stay here again.

beautiful oceanfront stay!

The house is very clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with more than everything you would need. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location also is great- right on the beach and very close to the center of Surf City, You can also pretty quickly get to both ends of the island.

Topsail stay

Lori and Dave were absolutely wonderful to work with and we loved their space and will definitely be back. The place was modern and comfy cozy. You could fully enjoy the beach just by sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean or walking a few steps to the beach itself.

Semi private beach

Beautiful condo and location. Not crowded at all at the end of May. We felt like we were in our own little hideaway but were close to everything we wanted to do. Lori and David were great!

Dave and I both grew up in NC, Raleigh and Fort Bragg areas and we currently reside between the two. We both work full time, law enforcement and healthcare, not so easy these days but love what we do! Our 5 kids are now grown and starting their own families ; the first are a set of twins and the US pic looked like peanuts, hence the name "The Salty Peanut". We love those grandbabies and are expecting our 5th in 2023

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Going to the beach has always been a part of our family, we both have visited Topsail/Surf City growing up and have passed along the love of the beach to our kids. We love the area, it's family oriented, the beaches are beautiful, the people are super friendly and it's not overly crowed. We chose the town home based on location, obviously for the beach front but also because the home is on a dead end street so there's no traffic or noise, which makes it a little safer for the kids to play outside and lastly, cannot forget the budget.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What sold us on the home other than price and location...the VIEW, the living area has a 3 panel sliding glass door and super large windows on either side. Open up the blinds and ahhh, just can't beat it! It's beautiful and you just get a sense of peace!
